Only issue is that cheaper online than in store, has happened on the last 3 visits. Am uncomfortable when querying this issue.

Careful, closes before 8pm even though 8pm is their closing time, so make sure you aim to be there before 7.45pm expecting it to close soon.

Lovely customer experience. There was a discrepancy between the online member price and the offline cost. Addressed really well and consumer focussed. Couldn't have asked for anything more! Loved the place and the experience!

I can see a mixture of ratings about this store … my experience has been 5 stars since I arrived here in Sunbury … I have never experienced the same service in Watergardens as I do in Sunbury … they are all legends … managers, staff etc … had several issues with a couple of things … example: Old J the bottle top wouldn’t twist open… straight swap… another time I accidentally made an order to pickup in a different store … they guided me kindly how to handle it …. Everytime I am in store they ask if I need any help … honestly I cannot relate to any bad experience with these guys … keep up the good work

Sunbury New Years Eve 2023 price for slab Carlton Dry stubbies online $39.90 go to store and checkout price is $44.95 they say they can’t control advertised price what a scam! Batman av is cheaper!

Always great service here. Always keen to put more staff on tills if it gets busy which I like. The staff are very helpful and good with advice.

Very helpful staff member guiding me through imported lager/pilsner beers, explaining the differences between them, settled on Hollandia Lager.

Excellent serive and customer relation with a large sellection of great wines, spirits and beer.

The store is a good size with plenty of parking. They offer a broad range of all types of alcohol. Customer service is always of a high level; staff are helpful and friendly and they always have plenty of people working so checkout is a breeze.

I swung by on a quiet night (tonight) and Troy (I hope it was Troy, definitely started with a T) was exceedingly helpful, he walked me around the store and gave me a heap of advice on lots of drinks that I wasn't familiar with.
Very happy with his service.

If you are after red wine, and need some advice do yourself a favour and go in and see Troy. An absolute professional in customer service and experience to match.

Returned a favourite wine of mine today as it just didn't taste right.customer service was absolutely wonderful, by the manager and the two lovely ladies on the registers. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, young girl on the floor smiling and saying hello. Sadly it's not often you get this experience. Bloody awesome Sunbury team!

A good selection but they haven't had dry ginger ale in fridge for over three months only ginger ale zero. I have asked them four to five times.

Let's face it, its a big bottle shop, warehouse style. Lots to choose from, the staff are mostly good, a bit hit and miss sometimes. It's still one of my favourite places to shop!

Was put off by the loud head banging music! All I wanted was to purchase some red wine and the music was too loud & distractingly annoying! Stick to IGA!

Just a great liqueur store. Have a good range, and a nice layout, surprisingly they don't have some things that others stores have, for instance they are out countrywide out of stock of Dom Perignon but first liqueur has it.

Staff go against company policy and racialiy profile customers!
In this day and age with what is occurring around the world asking me to turn out my pockets as the only coloured person in store. With no proof of selection, concealment and exit with goods. Pity the bloke who took orders from the blonde bogan manger to ask me that as he is the one who copped the brunt of it.

5 stars purely for the service. Got helped out on the floor finding what I needed and then again at the register when I realised I'd forgotten something they went and got it for me, as well as helped packed stuff in boxes and putting them on the trolley. Thank you.

So much to choose from and good prices. Love the tasting sessions. Staf are always friendly and helpful.
