Great staff that are always friendly and keen to help out. Huge store with a large variety of everything you need. With free DM membership, you get a discount, which is always great.
I only shop at my local Dan's.

I would love to know what the term "Holiday Opening Hours" means in real time as l would like to visit a store on Australia Day - ringing up gets you nowhere as the recorded voice gives you normal business hours - come on Dan's lift your game!

Staff are always helpful and friendly. Decent sized store with wide variety. If you're lucky there are some really good deals on the clearance trolleys. Highly recommend this store.

Very disappointed the way staff treated for online orders, the one rude lady (don’t know the name) took the order and asked for the ID and I have shown picture from my license and she refused that straight away without even looking at it I’m 39 years of age and not looking like below 25, they said we need to have physical I’d and it’s should be in the email so I have checked the email and online but can’t see any policies related to bring physical ID to collect the order, one of the staff name is Benjamin and other lady doesn’t wanted to give her name for complaint,

Thanks for Lily’s help. She is the most professional and warm hearted staff. Help us finding Penfold Grandfather and ask the other store’s staff to put the stock on hold for us. She provided the services that totally beyond our expectations. We do not need to do anything else but just go the that store and get our Penfold in 5 minutes which is the last one in point cook. She is really passionate about the work. Really appreciate her help.

Dan is liquor in Australia. Great quality and best price always. They price match. Selection is huge regardless of which store branch you go. Always found whatever i wanted here unlike other brands.

They closed their ddoor at 8.55 only, after so many request also did not let me in. Whereas i knew what I needed and would have taken 1 min.

Dan Murphy is a liquor shop in Melbourne Australia almost all brands of liquor u will get, prices are bit cheaper comparing to other shops

Sometimes I feel like the store is bigger than the alcohol selection. Or maybe it's because a quarter of the store is dedicated to wine.
Good prices though especially if you're a member.

Good range for ciders and spirits. Can be a little confusing to find some things if you don't know the general layout

Got the scotch, but they did not have the Gin I was after. And they couldn't access stock at other stores

I found a beautiful wine, had two with lunch and another with dinner cannot wait for the next one.

The one stop liquor shop, I had a friend who did some work for me on my 7x4 trailer, he loves his whisky and I was not sure what was good and what to choose as there were so many to pick from. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Their advice was invaluable in making the right choice. I chose the Jack Daniels double barrel whisky. I was told it was the best drop he's had tasted. So happy that the gift was loved. Great store and recommended a visit if you are looking to get some liquor. There is so much choice at affordable prices.

Good staff, great experience as usual in providing the alcoholic beverages I need to help enjoy this chaos that we call life. It's always good to see staff members that look like they don't actually mind coming to work too, a big plus in my book.

They Have BEER, Of course I love the place, they just need to give me the beer instead of charging me for it, l will upgrade to 5 stars if they do!

Good range of products. Maybe more discounts for regular customers/repeat buys of the same products would be appreciated. Not sure what value the loyalty card really offers
