I met Josh at Parkdale today, what an outstanding young gentlemen, great product knowledge, genuine, friendly & a cool cat too. There are a lot of young people working in retail everywhere, and unfortunately they clearly don't want to be there, let alone care to know the product they are selling. This dude will go far, keep doing what your doing Josh. Rock On

Service is always gopd here, but on this occasion, we had exceptional service from Nick. Even with all our questions, search for an item and technical glitch with the whisky cabinet, he was cool and calm and absolutely amazing.
Knowledgeable, friendly, and a great personality.

It's Dan Murphy's, what's not to like? -1 star for really awkward exit from carpark at this one though, especially at peak times.

Friendly staff. Alot of choice. Unfortunately they didn't have everything I was after but did suggest I may be able to get it online.

Went in with my friend and was just having a wonder. Both over the age of 18. Got harassed constantly by different employees and were asked for ID 4 times and didn’t feel to welcome.

Such an awesome Dan to go to. There's always great customer service, I spoke to Ashifa and she was really friendly, she did a fantastic job showing me the wine and recommending me. Highly recommended -this Dan and Ashifa! Well done.

Got there at 7.57.guy saw went to tie up dog and he shut the store. Fair enough however stiod there talking to the girls.
Is about priorities

DM's is always good. Can be busy getting out of the parking lot, but then again I am usually on my bike.

Big store with decent selection. Staff are helpful and easy to figure out where beverages are.
Would love to see more Hazy IPAs but otherwise great store

Everything I go in it's always service with a smile. The staff members I have come across are always will go out of their way and above and beyond when you have any questions or queries. They always have a large variety of what you want and if they don't have it, they'll either tell you how you can get it or how they can get it. I drive out of my way to come here because of their service. Keep up the good work!

Travelled a long way for a Parkdale only special only to be told it was online only when clearly it was not.and out of stock. Not happy today!

Despite appearance from the outside the inside of this Dan's is quite large and have everything to cover your needs. However as a Dan's outlet it is smaller which works in its favour as the selection of wines available is easier to find on the shelves and you won't get lost in a sea of choices.

Great layout, products and staff knowledge. Even during busy times can still get great personalised service. Shout out to Aaron and Rebecca, Grand Final weekend very busy gave us the time to help us out -!

Gentleman recommended a limited edition Chivas Regal which I gave to my brother as an early Christmas present and he was very happy as I usually always buy him the original one

The manager here Jon really went out of his way to solve not one, but 3 of my needs for a good mate's 40th (wines, glasses and carry case). As long as he's here, I know where I'll be shopping and taking recommendations. Even walked out with a bottle for myself!

Parking just for Dan's is always a bit of an issue at Parkdale, competing with other popular retailers in the same shopping strip. However, staff are always helpful l.
