Dan Murphy's Mornington East

Nigel was an absolute legend! We couldn't have asked anyone with more patience or willingness to help, especially being so busy this close to christmas!

The staff are so friendly & helpful here. In particular a guy called Jason, his bubbly attitude is infectious! So polite and smiley:)

Huge Dan Murphey’s! They offer plenty of wine and beer choices and the staff are super friendly! Was a bit busy when I came in and also seems they’re undergoing renovations but will continue to visit nonetheless.

Huge store, but it was ridiculously busy - I always struggle to locate where anything is.most likely because I rarely go here, only for special occasions.

This store is always under stocked, they don't rotate the most popular wines so many times you have to wait weeks untill it comes in.

I have not visited this Dan Murphys for at least 6 years. They have definitely ramped up the customer service to rhe next level as they help you find what you need with a smile. Far better than from years gone by. So good that i had to visit again a couple of days ago, and the service was still incredible. Thankyou!

Went in to pick up Moet for a special occasion and must say, there is a wonderful and extensive array of wine and other drinks.

Felt really uncomfortable there as I got profiled or something and had like 5 employees asking if I needed help.
And what is the point of asking for ID in the shop when they are going to ask for it when you are buying it.

It was very Dan Murphy-y. That means the range looks impressive but in reality is more limited than some independent places I've been

TERRIBLE online ordering system - ordered in advance for fathers day, paid extra for ontime delivery - it didnt show up.still hasnt shown up the next day, theres absolutely no way of contacting a customer service team - online chat doesnt work and the phone number listed said distribution not open. What a joke. NEVER ordering again

The docket should be showing the original price of the purchased item and discounted price as well

Probably the best Dan Murphy in Victoria every time I go in the staff are always helpful and patient and always go that extra mile.

Very nice staff. Always full shelves and great selection of beer, ale and cider. No idea about wine.sorry!

I just got got served by a tall guy with blond hair, shame I didn't get his name but was probably the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Asked how my day was and was completely genuine. If you don't promote this guy I will poach him for sure!

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of respect shown to the customer. I was looking through the Scotch and was greeted by a security guard who advised me not to get any and to stick to Jim Beam. I was then tailed by the security guard for the remainder of my time in the store having to deal with more rude remarks. I have never experienced such disgraceful customer service. I would never ever recommend this store.
