So rude arrived at 653pm store close at 7 was greeted by “you’ve got 1 minute” stores roller doors shut at 655pm.

Anything you could ever need in alcohol with the benefit of the most friendly and helpful staff. Prices are the best.

Went in 10 minutes before closing to pick up a click and collect, lady at the door was rude and told us we had 1 minute with an aggressive tone.

So I'm a 22 year old woman and I went in today with my mum to buy a gift for someone. At the checkout, this Indian or Sri Lankan lady stopped us for identification (which isn't a problem at all, I get that part). I showed her a picture of my passport (I always have that on my phone in case situations of me being forgetful happens and its always worked/been accepted for every other place I've visited that has ID checks) because I didn't have my drivers license and no one is going to actually carry their physical passport around with them when she literally goes 'this is not a proper form of identification and normally we don't accept it'. UM, WHAT? ! A passport is a completely valid form of identification and a primary ID document whether it's in a physical form or not. She goes on to repeat 'Next time bring your PROPER identification' (what does that even mean?) three or four times like I didn't hear her the first time. I told her that my mum is here with me because she is the one buying the alcohol and I've just accompanied her, and she completely dismissed her and her ID to repeat the above to me and got annoyed at me? I've been here plenty of times when I was younger with my parents and even with just my older brother and not once was I asked for my ID. Please educate your staff (or better, hire someone that knows what they're talking about) so customers aren't left feeling dumb and frustrated.

Today i went there to make a purchase
There was a special on wine with either a buy 2 or buy 3 special, i opted for the 3 offer, i also got 2 four packs of mishkas, when i got to the registers i scanned my dan murphys cardbut it didnt scan at the price advertised, tracey was trying to rectify this when kristen interjected and went and checked the price and came back and said no its a 2 only offer to which i politely told her there was also an offer for 3 pls check, to which she was rude and said i already have! So i took her over and showed her, still being rude she tried to tell me it wasnt for that but i showed her the ticket so she went back and told tracey to fix it.no apology from her at all
Tracey had to cancel the the previous transaction to rectify this but when she put it all thru again it was still the wrong price, kristen rudely stated i had not scanned my dan Murphy's card to which i politely said i had and then kristen proceeded to walk away and virtually yelled from metres away why dont you scan your card then instead of standing there arguing, i said im not im just telling you i had, and then as i completed my transaction tracey rudely said to me hows about a sorry, i said what for im not in the wrong you guys are.

Love Dan Murphys! A wide variety of alcohol and other knick knacks to choose choose from. It is also a lot cheaper than all your other bottle-os and has a reward program which can give you discounts on your purchase. Will always happily drive further to Dan's for their lower prices.

They are so helpful here, grabbed everything I needed really easily and felt welcomed and to top it off, when I was leaving the young guy at the counter went to the extra effort of getting me signed up for the club rifht there on the spot as I kept getting temp cards and never registering them.
It's now securely in my wallet ;)

Nice small little Township. Good for a Family week-end Ride from the CBD of Victoria-check the
F & Bs here you be surprised. The big opened playfield is excellent for nice fresh air walk.

I went there looking to try something new and spoke to a girl with blue hair named “Sarah”. I have to say thank god she came up to me. This girl was extremely patient and so helpful. Took the time to show me around the store to try and find the drink that suited me. I have been to other Dan Murphy stores before but none can compare to the customer service that I received here! Will definitely be coming back.

My step daughter was openly repremanded by the check out person because she hadn't registered her Dan Murphy's card a week after she was almost forced to apply for it, by the same person - seriously - I think the register attendant needs to rethink her customer service routine.

The place to come for all your boozy needs. The selection is large and varied with the ability to kill every last brain cell. Prices tend to be quite good and ot is worth subscribing to their member program for special discounts. The service here can be on the slow side with some staff standing around whilst only one open register forms a queue. All in all if a headache the next morning is your goal then this is the place to start.

Love visiting this place, all Dans are Dans but this place often has bargains that no other have.

For over 4 weeks now you have not stocked cruiser Black (Raspberry or lemon lime flavours) on the shelves. Forcing customers to buy citrus flavour that tastes terrible. Even staking the shelves 8 cartons wide with citrus flavour will not make them sell. Please stock the drinks that your customers actually want.

Good store and easy parking. BUT smaller range of wines compared to other Dan Murphy outlets sadly. Staff always friendly and plenty of trollies for convenience.
