Refused service by a Junior Manager for not having I. D

33 years old, in Construction Uniform. Dan Murphys Membership. Partner (30 years old) did have I. D

Big store and good core and European beer range but craft beer range is minimal. Service is just ok, a few of the managers I found were rude when I got wrongly priced items that were supposedly on reduced but they just charged me full price. Not my fave Dan’s. Some of the staff are pleasant and ready to assist though.

Brilliant place where I can get things I normally can't. Only gave it 4 *'s though as it's slightly smaller and lacks the range of the larger DMs. For the size though, they're GREAT

Huge store. Great range, lots of parking. Next to Chemist Warehouse and Mitre 10, not inside Karingal Hub.

Who does’t like Dan Murphy! Always get your favourite drink on reasonable prices!
Quite convenient located. Close by peninsula link, east get in-get off on top of that Staff look after you very well!

Friendly and helpful team members always around to provide assistance and advice.

Not as big a range in cold beer in cases as I'd like but a fair selection. Lots of different ones in singles and multipacks. Friendly service. Not busy at all.

The dream team of customer service today. All 3 different interactions I had with the staff were warm, genuinely friendly and helpful. The girl who helped me picked out wine was very knowledgable of wines even though she said she wasnt a wine drinker herself, it was obvious that she took the time to listen to training and other customer opinions. A little smile goes a long way. Thank you!

I absolutely loathe the location that requires you to pull out onto the main road and then execute a complicated u-turn at the lights.no small feat in peak hour! The range is slightly less than other Dan Murphy stores and I reiterate: why can’t it be onsite with karingal hub? !?

Smaller Dans so check stock availability before you drive over to collect, other great service, clean and well organised store.

Convenient if you're leaving Karingal Hub and heading towards Cranbourne but a pain to head to towards Frankston because there's no right turn out of the car park.

Don’t waste your time here go anywhere else

Service is terrible if you can even get it.

Rude won’t scan or even look for members even though you purchased items with a members discount.

On floor service terrible no product knowledge and won’t help look for anything.

Shut it down.

Really disappointing, management really need to look at themselves and how they treat customers. Staff appear disappointed to see you, no smiles or friendly manner, everything is an inconvenience. A simple pickup order turned into a pass the buck, only one person is trained on the process?

I bought a bottle of Glen morangie quinta Ruban mmmmmmmmmmmmm, hard to get and they had 4 bottles there at a good price too:)

Lots of choice. No complaints. The staff will help you if you need it. Good place to get your alcohol.

Great selection of wines beers& spirits at reasonable prices too parking plenty off Cranbourne rd busy times 4-7pm quiet busy in that area but

Amazing, friendly service! Helped me with a very large order, drinks were chilled and lots of messages to let me know when my order was ready. Also friendly staff packed all the drinks into my car.

I would rate this as the best Dan Murphy's out there. The layout and selection are really good, but the real stand out is the staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We try and stop in whenever we're in the area.
