Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Location is great in a modern setting with convenient, under cover parking.

I send few order today, but all orders were canceled by shop manager, he said I send too much order, they cannot handle it, but if you canceled my order, should be let me know and call me, not until i pick up.and the manager ask me why send too many order, not 1 order for all products, i said i want to 4 case vb, but the app only let me take two for 1 time, i have to do again.i am not happy for this service, your app issue cannot accout to customers, if you cannot handle it, please off you app and web, donnot take order

Every staff member is so bloody happy and helpful. Shopping here is an experience in itself.

Dan Murphy Rewards could do with some extra specials or a reward points program.

Great liquor store Whitt a great selection of wines, spirits, beers, sojus, rum, sake, premixed drinks and cocktails. The store has a decent selection of chilled wines and premixed drinks and the staff is quite helpful and informative. There are wine tasting running during the weekend and masterclasses running once a month if you feel like learning a bit more about what you like. Nearly forgot to mention, the car park is ample and covered with easy access.

Staff working on the day were very friendly and helpful, even had a brief chat with one of them about craft beer and found something new to try

My experience is with their online ordering system.
The store knows nothing about the order, there is no phone number to call. Basically no customer service anymore.
Is this a sacrifice for cheaper pricing? Still comparable with 8 other bottle shops around the area. Sad to see whats become of Dan Murphy’s where in the past they were known for their customer service

I happened to be in Port Melbourne for a meeting and thought I'd buy a few bottles of wine, so popped into the Fisherman's Bend store. Well, from the moment I walked through the door, the difference between this store and my local Dan's was immediately apparent. Here, they were actually attentive, helpful and really pleasant. At my local Dan's you'd be lucky to even be acknowledged. Thanks for the great service!

Even though this is by no means the largest dan murphy's arround for me it is by far the best one.
It has a lot of the fantastic beers in stock that many other Dan's don't have for some reason (Grolsch, trumer pils, Leikeim premium pils) every person that I handed one of those three beers absolutely loved it!
Just wish they would stock those beers in slabs in the walk in fridge but I'm assuming they don't sell enough to justify the shelf space.
Hopefully more people discover these fantastic beers for themselves and this shop can stock a higher quantity of them.

The other reason why I really like this Dan's is that the staff is always very nice and knowledgeable, helped me find the perfect red wine for my dad.

This really is an impressive new Dan Murphy's. It's much larger than other's we've been in, and certainly bigger than our regular store in Market Street, South Melbourne. It's also much more convenient as it's under the same roof as Woolies whereas the South Melbourne outlet is across the road from Woolies. The carpark is also much more spacious. Hands down this new store is a winner.
