Dan Murphy's Fawkner

Had a great member discount on some spirits but unfortunately at the checkout they charged me full price. Staff member seemed annoyed when I pointed out the issue, as if somehow I was in the wrong to not want to pay $20 more than the clearly marked price on the shelf.

Was all sorted a few minutes later but wasn't a great experience for my first visit. Would sooner return to other stores such as Thomastown or Eltham where I've never had an issue in several years.

The staff here are absolutely and without a doubt ALWAYS friendly and helpful! Every singe time! Very impressed!

I asked the lady on the register if they had a product, her reply was should be. Out of stock of popular products

Two of the discounts didn't activate at the checkout, staff had to go and get the price tags, manually process the affected items in the P. O. S. POS system to refund the difference individually. Happens every few times I'm at a Dan's, get on top of your pricing!

Absolutely horrible store.staff were very unfriendly and rude.we bought like $1500 worth of spirits, beer and wines and the staffs were staring and laughing at us like crazy.i was very much disappointed with their service.there were 4 staffs chatting with each other, they didn't even bother to help us. This is the worst store i ever visited in Melbourne and wont be going back there again.

Decent size store with a correspondingly impressively wide selection.

Discovered a new Easter beer which is absolutely awesome. Triple chocolate 'eggster'. Do make a point of trying it, you won't be disappointed. If you like chocolate and you like beer.it's to die for

Ordered some limited edition design bottles online, standard ones arrived in the post. Walked into Uncle Dan's in Fawkner and they swapped them over straight away no probs at all

Skip this one mates, go to Epping or Broady. Staff have no clue. They will run away when you ask for help. Shelves empty. Never have stock. Road out the front is terrible. Badly managed and bad location.

I went there today and purchased 8 bottles of wine and spirits and a 6 pack of beer. At the counter the employee didn't say a single word to me. He just scaned everything (didn't ask if I had a members card which would have cost me an extra $20 without the discount) and left all my products on the counter and just walked away, leaving me to get a couple of boxes and pack my products myself. Disgraceful customer service!

Would give zero stars of possible. Staff members are just very rude and don't care. Very poorly managed store.

Must have had a new staff member on the morning I attended. Had no idea of where a particular brand and type of wine I was looking for was located.

I ordered a delivery for my mums 60th to go with a wine fridge I was having delivered on her birthday. As we are in lockdown and can’t see her I was trying to make her day as special as possible. Delivery didn’t arrive and email from auspost says it’ll be within 3-5days. Rang to complain and got told could cancel my order and when it arrives return to sender. No apology or even an offer of some sort of compensation. Disgusting service and will never use again. Wish I read other reviews on delivery first!

Absolutely horrible service, everyone should be aware do not buy at dan Murphy’s esp in delivery, standard delivery is 2-4 working days 8 days later nothing I have PAID for a service and not received it, I’m not the only one there our thousand of people in the same boat. These companies need to be accountable for there actions.

Served by a lovely lady who happened to be nearby while deciding which whisky to try next, super helpful as well!

Not happy that the Indians that work there do not use anti persperant and that they have stopped selling Weis Schnapps.
