Easy to find the drinks that you need, at a cheap price and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking too. A great range is available and there's plenty of specials. Speedy check out too.

Was unable to get an online special due to an app issue. They price matched the online price in the store, excellent service.

Emily was great. I was in a very indecisive in what I was looking for and Emily was very helpful and friendly.

I am a long time member of Dan Murphy, and depend on delivery due to my age and immobility. Unfortunately, my order, placed on 21/09/22 and delivered on 29/09/22 was short on my ordered carton of heineken beer, and I cannot reach anyone to help with this problem. It was all paid for on Visa credit card.can someone please help as this situation is impossible to get any contact with staff or store.
I do not want to change arrangements at this stage.

Having much trouble getting help re a delivery problem. Eltham store unreachable. My delivery was short of a carton of heineken beer. I am 85 and immobile so cannot get to store.help.
order placed Wednesday 21st September, delivery Thursday 29th minus my beer. How do I get help?

Always great service and huge variety of stock available, very well layed out for ease of access. Thx guys, always nice when entering the store! Keep the cool room and air on going!

Very big selection of alcohol and everything is well labelled so you know what you're spending. Staff were very helpful and friendly, most are able to answer any questions you have but if they don't know then they get someone else to help you. Stocked up on some seltzers which had a good saving with my Dan Murphy's loyalty card.

Staff were great, I was actually approached and asked if I needed help, the staff went over and beyond to make sure I got what I needed.

The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. This was a major help when I was recently shopping for wine gifts and this is not at all my area of expertise.

Prices at Dan's are on the increase, my first choice is Aldi liquor now. One good thing with Dan's is they frequently announce Covid-19 store policy which helps with social distancing ect.

Great range, usually the cheapest prices in the area. Friendly service to boot. Good selection of ciders, too.

To the young man who served me today (red beard) the scotch was very nice and highly recommended for taste and value

This is my local, I purchase items here regularly. Always well stocked And always a bargain to be had!

Hopeless trying to order for delivery - spoke with woman who spoke too fast for me to hear her properly

Have most of what I'm looking for even though it's a smaller store. The staff are lovely and super helpful.

Had a good conversation with one of the team on what types of beer to buy. Not common for modern chains.
