Staff friendly and helpful, and good product range for my needs.
Easy parking
Not my usual Dan Murphys, it's smaller than the central Ballarat store, but the range is still decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the parking is much easier.
Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly, for instance if a product is on the Dan's app at a cheaper price, even if it is on line only they are happy to match the price when you produce the Dan's card, but today I had a gentleman of sub continental origin who refused to give me the discounted price. NOT HAPPY, I will keep the receipt and speak to a manager next time I visit the store.
Standard Dan Murphys experience, not the greatest range of the weirder stuff but lots of the common with a few "might be worth a try" products to keep you happy.

Heaps of parks, helpful staff, lots of choices and always ready to help. The better of the Dan's in Ballrat by a long shot.
Good prices and range of alcohol, especially wines. Free membership card gets additional discounts. Staff friendly and professional. Good opening hours makes it easy to visit and shop.
Went to dan murphys to buy alcohol for my partners restaurant. NEVER CHECKED I. D. When I came in they asked us our ID which we gave our digital ID and even gave covid vaccine card and passport with our date of birth and still didn't accepted it. My partner has his actual passport ID and still got refused to buy anything because of me looking like underage. I always go to different dan Murphy's with my covid vaccine certificate and never been refused. Worst branch.
Was with my 10 year old child and overheard one of the female staff members with brown hair swearing and talking about a co worker in a bad manner. I left straight away as my child heard. Will never be going back
Yet again going those extra yards for great customer service. No doubt, DM's greatest asset is their staff.
Worst Dan Murphy's I have been to as far as beer stock.
Other than that it is great.
Good range of bevies, friendly staff, don't like the entry into the carpark from Hertford St tho
Placed order the night before and picked up on the way to Mildura, text it in on arrival and staff came out to my car! Excellent customer service
