Dan Murphy's Cranbourne East

I arrived at the store almost 5 minutues prior closing. We’re denied to entre the store. A tall guy was so rude to us.totally unexpected behavior.

Excellent range, great location, and helpful staff. Except one! She is neither friendly of helpful. She must be the boss, as she wanders around like she is.

Fantastic store with great staff, although they refuse entry if you arrive in the last 5 minutes of trading.

Didn't assist my confused girlfriend when looking for a red sparkling wine. Just told her they didn't have the one she wanted, and it was online only. Didn't suggest any alternatives, and nobody was staffing the floor to assist people in the store.

Great selection, nicely organised; suggest to do your windows shopping on website/or App, be organised and you'll be good to go.
(Like something regularly, get a box =savings$$)

Purchased a bottle of scotch, the price on shelf is $42 but when you get to the counter they ask if you are a member, I am not, so they charged me $45. I have a local bottle shop about 500 MTRS down the road from me that sells the same product for less money. I won't be going back there again.

Very bad customer service by the coloured hair girl at the counter. She is acting racist. Don't keep girls with racist attitudes to serve clients.

Indian girl very rude asked us for id i gave it to her but she asked for my fruends id too he didn’t physical copy because he looks like 30 years. Thanks

The staff is friendly and helpful in selecting good options when you get confused in the varieties they have.

You can always find what you are looking for. The customer service is excellent. Once I found an online only offer and the person at the checkout went extra mile and gave me the offer even though it was not available for store purchase. Parking is another plus point, always available just outside the door.

Amazingly convenient location and dedicated customer focused staff who are very helpful. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I had just arrived to Dans at 7: 55 p.m. I had already paid at the counter while my husband was only looking at things when an unpleasant woman entered and said, "I'm not going to serve him even though I already have. I'll never go there again. "

Don't go to this store if it's close to closing they won't let you in, go to Berwick they are open to 9pm
I tried getting in on Saturday at 7: 57 no chance they were turning away plenty of customers, the Guy behind the door seemed to be enjoying turning customers away. I went to Liquorland instead they were happy to take my money and are open until 10pm on Saturday

I don't think war of any kind for any reason is acceptable in today's modern age. I look forward to your consistency in removing alcohol from country's that invade others. In particular the next country america invades will you be removing all American made alcohols from your shelves? Or will that war be acceptable?

Some member offer scotch not available on shelves. This has happened twice at this dan murphys. Staff at counter seemed not interested as they didnt greet at start or end of transaction.

They don’t beat the price, don’t even other Dan Murphy’s store. They are more expensive then BWS AND LIQUOR LAND.

From last 3 years i only shop this store to buy booze. Staff are friendly and helpful every single time. Thank you for introducing me to some international brands which i never heard off but the best quality drinks.

Took me 10 minutes to drive there only to get home and find the 10 pack I bought only had 9 cans in it. No I don't want to drive all the way back there for a can. I'm pi$$ed off and never going back to that store again.
