Getting ID checked when you’re browsing for your liquor and then again when paying for it is abit annoying.every single time. I get you have to ID people but twice every time we come in is abit excessive

The store layout has changed (some time ago really but I'm getting used to it). But it's still got the goods! Great selection reasonably priced. Lovely staff.

Solid selection of beers and wines, friendly service. A bit hard to get in and out from the highway.

The shop is back backwards then the in Belmont where the wine is ber is in the wrong place

I always try to select members offers, but when you pay they charge regular prices, always ask for your receipt, they have done this to me several times

Best Dan Murphy store, friendly and helpful staff. No problem price matching, lots of parking. They tend to look after regulars.

Would like to start this review with the staff in store are amazing and the only reason the review score is as high as it is.
Dan Murphys as a company were nothing short of horrendous to deal with. After ordering online for delivery, it took 4 calls before forcing a new order for click and collect, and a refund only given after getting Consumer Affairs involved.

I can't say much about the customer service only because I haven't really needed it. But the odd time I have had to ask the staff were helpful.

Dan Murphy's is definitely THE BEST place to buy your alcohol. While it is worth having a look online at other stores, Dan Murphy's will price beat if you manage to find a cheaper price, of course T&Cs apply.

Wonderful selection of drinks and the range is quite extensive. Staff are friendly and the layout in the store is quite spacious. The main thing is the price variation when compared to other stores like BWS and Liquorland. The prices in the store are well below the other places and member price offers are bonus.

Would have given 5 stars if 1 thing didn’t happen. The older males there 35+ look at me as soon as I come in, and follow me around then ask me for i.d, which I find a bit invasive, I’m 25 but do look younger, I don’t mind getting asked at the counter, so theres no need to make me feel uncomfortable. The younger staff and Theresa are awesome, always friendly to me and they actually smile. Great prices, definitely the best in town.

Oh and the new parking on the service road don’t need them bollards as people just take up two spaces so they don’t get locked in. And 1 has already been knocked down

A large range of alcoholic beverages available. There are cold slabs in the fridge if you don't have the time to cool them. Ask a staff member for help, I've had great advice from them.

Great variety of alcohol. Service with a smile. Also give a "click and collect" service if customers wish to purchase that way

Last year personal there was NOT nice and it wasn't good hospitality about to give info about drink.l talk about an young guy. My husband and me should bay more an 2 bottle wine as we did before we went to other shop.

Filled with all sorts of alcohol. Clean and we'll maintained with staff filling the shelves all the time. Good service and helpful team members.
