Jazz the manager from the Broadmeadows store 3080 pos 001 was extremely helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable of Dan Murphy's product's including strong customer service skills it's paramount for any successful business. 12/11/23 Sunday morning.thanks mate I will continue to Shop at Dan Murphy's Broadmeadows.

Great big store but doesn't always have the stock you are having but has a wide range of stock at the same time.

I had a great experience at Dan Murphy's. The store was well-organized and the staff were very helpful in assisting me with my purchase. I was impressed by the wide selection of alcoholic beverages available and ended up finding a new craft beer that I really enjoy.

Only one sales assistant in the retail section working the register. She was getting slammed but kept her cool and was very courteous. Another person came from out the back for a brief appearance but disappeared shortly after.

Great place and good service love this place if it's not open l go with out that's how good it is of a place

The bald guy at the counter was not professional as he was too rude to customer. Really disappointed with customer service. He didn’t even listen what I was saying and couldn’t get membership benefits which I was supposed to get it.

Staff friendly went to get what l needed couldn't find it and the assistant found it straight away.

Extremely disappointed.
Been shopping from this place for long and the way the store manager handled the price matching policy was very unprofessional and lacked vision of retaining a regular customer.

Accordingly, called the call Center with the same request and the person from the call center agreed to accept the price match, but the phone was disconnected and never heard back from anyone since.

Easy to access the store with plenty of parking spaces close by and friendly service within the store. I found it spacious to move around and when I left through the checkouts was not held up for too long, overall an enjoyable shopping experience.

A wide range of drinks, but the prices are slightly higher. Excellant customer service and presentation

Service was appalling. Won't ever go back there, as we were more friendly to the staff than they were.

Got superb service from one female staffer here. It's been consistent with a few other stores (victoria and queensland)

Great selection of wine and spirits, at a pretty good price. Sometimes I find a specific item cheaper elsewhere but overall the prices are very good.

Good Dan Murphys, good knowledge of wine by most staff. The sales section for beer is well highlighted. The selection of beer is quite wide which is good. Parking is great. Only problem is that at any one time there is only one staff member on a register. Time consuming in my opinion

I feel like they arrange the stock in such a way, that expired beer is at the top, once I got home and realized that the beer is overdue, they offered reduced price on it, if I bring it back (namely guy Peter who had a bit of smirk about my extra drive in the traffic). Not good enough! Refunded the beer and just cancelled my membership, WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER

Update: received a call from manager of that store Shane and he handled my complaint well and issue is now resolved
