Dan Murphy's Brighton

Regular Dan Murphy store with the normal variety of wine, beer, spirits etc.
The service was good with the cashier producing a box for the 6 bottles of wine that I was purchasing.

Great selection of alcohol. They've always got everything I need, no matter how obscure it is. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable too. The store is always clean and tidy.

Was in there for roughly 10 minutes and got asked if I “need help with anything” once every 30 seconds by every employee in the store, every corner I turned, every time I picked up a bottle. Like jesusss christ, if I need help with something I’ll bloody ask, stop hounding your customers.

Absolutely worst service. Charged me $600 and 2 weeks later haven't picked or sent wine. I can't cancel nor can I get to talk to anyone as the live chat drops out before I get to the front of the queue. Taking your money and simply not delivering nor communicating is wrong and against the law. The fact that there is no way to cancel online is appalling. Will not use again.

One of the biggest and best in metropolitan Melbourne with a large and diverse range of alcohol and in particular- Gin!

Its a bottle shop.full of all things you need if you are in need of alcohol or soft drinks and some party stuff well laid out floor plan. Staff very helpful ans somelier on duty to assist for wine queries. Well worth visit and now they have a pick up drive through on nepean highway.awesome idea

Made to feel extremely uncomfortable by staff at a recent visit to Brighton East…This store must have quite a bit of theft occurring, be this as it may I don’t appreciate being constantly asked if I needed any assistance. After the forth approach I thought this is ridiculous…I suggest installing CCTV cameras and leaving the prosecution to police rather than targeting anyone in the vicinity of spirit section. I will be formally writing to executive management to have this poor practice looked at.

If there is a need to buy alcohol you cannot beat Dan Murphys. The Brighton store is well stocked and presented, with ample parking in their parking reserve.

Good range of alcohol and the staff are generally good, but what's with the losers on the door? You smile and give them a nod and they snarl at you like you just beat up their grandmother lol!

Good range and prices, especially if you are a Dan Murphy’s member. Staff quite knowledgeable and friendly too but the car parking is tiny fir such a busy store.

Dan Murphys is a pretty poor retailer. Other than the odd special there is nothing redeeming about this chain. The staff are ignorant, arrogant and generally unhappy souls (typical Melburnians) and the security staff are no better.

Convenient, good range of alcohol. Beer options tend to be pretty mainstream, rather than craft brews.

I just wanted to express how happy I am with the service and range at Dan Murphy’s in Brighton in particular with Greg the fine wine dude. His recommendations are killer and my wife and I thoroughly enjoy road testing all his favourites from near and far. His crushing it.
