Dan Murphy's Bellarine reviews
18Here I'm always happy to shop they are friendly, helpful & polite. They will have a laugh with the customer it makes for an easier shop.
Very pleased. Their selection was great and staff were fantastic, was a tidy store and we will be very happy to come back!
Start at Dan Murphy's Newcomb are very helpful as I have a disability they never hesitate to lift items for me or help me put it in the car friendly service with a smile
Worst experience i’ve ever had in a public place.shift manager and check out bloke discriminated against my disabled (28 year old) brother.followed up with a disgusting remark that should not be repeated not even on here.our family spend enough money here, and go in frequently.my brother did not deserve to be treated this way, because someone has something against a young man with learning difficulties.took it up with the head office, was offered a $25 voucher.disgraceful.
One of the most well stocked Dan's I've been to, just another Dan Murphys apart from that.
Staff so polite and helpful. Huge range, we stop here every time we are travelling to Ocean Grove.
I love Dan Murphy’s but I have never felt more uncomfortable about the situation. I was in there with my mother and sister (all above 18) and noticed one of the counter lady’s staring at us while we try to decide, moment passed then a lady comes up and asks to see our ideas and if we were “paying customers”. Showed her our IDs while being glared at but her then was watched the whole time we were in there. No one else got their IDs checked and never felt so uncomfortable.
Always low prices and staff always wanting to help find what your looking for. Unfortunately though sometimes drinks in the cool room are not really cold and sometimes not enough stock on the shelfs
The bottle shop to use. Nice staff, good prices and have know problem helping you or beating prices with a smile
What can I say, the stubbies were cold, abit of a wait in line but they put more people on register's and apologized for the wait, prices are very affordable compared to other places and cheaper than all other booze shops. I'll be going back
The staff are great to chat to when you want to find that perfect wine for dinner, the knowledge of the employees is great i remember one staff member talking to me about all types of beer when i asked him what would be good to get into like craft beers.
Cheers Dan Murphys for the excellent service whenever we come to get some drinks
Good prices as expected. I do however find it hard to find things here especially when I am looking for something obscure.
Another of these large well-stocked franchise stores, with most liquors you could be needing. This one has a supermarket nearby as well, so its better placed than some.
Hours could differ for later open hours but all round wonderful and helpful staff. Well laid out and a good cheap place to go on most occasions for beverage needs
What can I say, it's Dan Murphy's.
This one is my local so I'm there every week or two.
Staff here are always smiling and happy to help out. I also love that as soon as you get 3 or more people in a line they call for a second register to be opened.
Keep up the great work guys.
I will never go to any bottle shop associated with a supermarket chain because the quality of service sucks.
Staff more than happy to spend time finding the right wine for you. Great selection and prices.
As far as Dan's go, this one is the cleanest and best presented in G-town. Which is surprising given the proximity to more alcoholics than a Kings Cross alleyway after 1.30am on a Saturday.
