Had the best experience tonight, I was 100% lost in the store, looking for a good bottle of bubbles (no where near where I needed to be mind you) for a birthday present, when I friendly voice asked how I was and if I needed some help. Paul in Ballarat was so helpful, such amazing service, I am so very thankful and super appreciative for the help, and I'm sure the person on the receiving end will be also:)

I had the loveliest customer service experience last night (both times I had to go in lol) with a delightful staff member who was cheerful, friendly, helpful and also really funny, (Roland) however sadly tonight I went in and encountered a staff member who was clearly not very happy, very impatient and kept tapping on her perspex and yelled at me a couple of times saying that she couldn't hear me and obviously wasn't going to be patient with my transaction. Was not a nice experience at all. I understand it's frustrating, I work in customer service and behind perspex. It's not easy, but seriously, I felt pretty awful when I left. Sometimes you've got to make the best of it. Anyway I still have to give Roland five stars!

Good variety of wines. Including, cask wines, such as the every day quaffing Yalumba Winesmith Shiraz.

Had a large order for our workplace and wasn't aloud to use the back delivery door to loud upnour van.

Beautiful old building - a nice change from all the modern, industrial looking buildings (like the one at Delacombe). Parking in that carpark is a bit of a nightmare but otherwise it's a great place to grab your drinks.

Great selection here. Lovely & helpful service. Always a good place to pick up your favourite drop.
