Very happy with the new installation, the guys had to work hard all day to get it done. The ducted reverse cycle heat pump and cooling system works well with the air touch control and appears to be using minimal electricity at the moment. Glad to get rid of our expensive+ to use gas heating.

After looking for a replacement for our 23 years old Daikin split aircon system, Jacob from Dale Air provided us with the best offer on a new Daikin Alira X 7 kW system. Following our confirmation, he arranged for the installation within two weeks. Dave from Dale Air arrived as agreed, on time, and within two and a half hours it was all finished, including the removal of the old system. Documentation arrived within a few days by email. Very efficient process and good crew to work with.

I have used large businesses in the past and did have some concerns about installation as often subcontractors are used and they are not as committed to customer satisfaction. I am very happy to say that my concerns were completely unnecessary. The team that was sent to my home to install the products were absolutely fantastic. Dave, Harry, Grant and Luke not only worked with efficiency and professionalism but also respected my home. They were friendly and helpful, going through everything with me before they began and explaining in detail how to use and maintain the system. They were punctual and tidy and worked very well together as a team which made me feel confident that I was getting a job well done.

We have done few survey and finally manage to get Dale Air Dingley to change our old Bonaire Ducting Heating today. Waiting time for installation just less than 2 weeks and today the technician guys have done a brilliant job and am happy with the work quality. Will consider to change the ducting cooling to 6 star energy during coming summer with Dale Air Dingley.

Recently have a replacement of ducted heater. Very smooth and efficient from quoting stage to final stage. Very happy with the outcome and competitive price. Hi I just wanted to share my wonderful experience with Jacob from Daleair yesterday. He was on time, informative, thorough and gave me lots of tips and advice on my heating needs. He made it all very easy to understand and I would highly recommend his professionalism and service. On that basis alone I would choose Daleair.

We engaged Dale air for a full reverse cycle heating and cooling installation in an old building that was recently renovated. The team did a great job with the install, there were a few touch ups with plasterwork needed post installation (expected in older properties) but within two weeks we had a handyman come over and the place looks perfect. Patrick was great from the get go and the team were very responsive. Peter the handyman was a legend!
Would recommend and will use again.

We've just replaced our evaporative cooler.it failed. We wanted to switch to refrigerated cooling. These guys came in quoted us. Very honest and straight forward in what it is they could do.and what they couldn't do.
There were delays on the delivery though

Prices were very reasonable.and the system is to my knowledge the best in the business. The best units, Climate zones all around the house, wall mounted screen, remote access to turn on/off from anywhere in the world
