Daisy Dry Cleaning

I trusted Daisy Dry Cleaning with my garments to wash and mend. Daisy washed two garments, but the third item that needed mending went missing. After several weeks, the owner offered to reimburse me for the missing item.

The missing garment was more valuable than the other two items, and after explaining to the owner that the value was over $300, he insisted that I provide an invoice to prove the value. Interestingly, we trust them with our precious clothes, but that trust isn't reciprocated when they make mistakes. Also, I don't keep receipts for all my clothes, so this situation wasn't going very until another Daisy employee found my missing expensive item. In response, the owner became defensive and said he had "had enough". Although, he wasn't out of pocket at all, unlike me, as I had paid for Daisy's service in advance.

I left Daisy with my cashmere jumper, crinkled with more dirty marks, and Daisy never offered me a refund. To the Daisy employee who found my jumper, thank you and thanks for remaining polite and courteous.

I might be out of pocket and left with a dirty jumper, but I can easily find another dry cleaner. However, to the owner of Daisy Dry Cleaning, you need therapy and a good dose of customer service training.

Amazing service! I took a very expensive dress to be cleaned that was heavily stained. I had taken it to another dry cleaner and they didn't even clean it, it came back stained and pressed for my $20! Daisy's team did their absolute best and now my dress is completely stain free, couldn't recommend more highly!

Twice in the same day I came to drop of my dry cleaning. First time note said back at 1pm so I waited until 1: 15 no one turned up. Went later in the day AGAIN another I’ll back sign this time saying back at 4: 30pm. Again I waited until 4: 45pm in the freezing cold for no one to turn up… AGAIN. Why would I ever recommend or waste my time again. No thanks.

Great service, friendly, professional. I had some suits that I was going to throw out and gave them to Daisy as a challenge and they came back good as new. In these times of Covid, their pick up and delivery service has been outstanding.

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER. Picked a dress up and not only was the original mark still on it but 5 new black pen marks had appeared! They put it back in for another go and when I picked it up the second time nothing had changed - I picked it up a third time and some marks were gone but 2 of the black pen marks were still on it. Not only did I end up with a dress that was dirtier then when I put it in but I was yelled at by the woman who works there. I've never experience such bad customer service. I paid $30 for the original clean, haven't been given a refund and have been yelled at by staff - all to end up with a dress that's probably unwearable, with black pen mark all over it! Do yourself a favour and go to another dry cleaner!

Unfortunately my new silk blouse was ruined with what looked like iron marks? The owner (female) intimated that I stretched it, although it was huge on me, an oversized shirt! I waited week after week for 6 weeks for them to ring me with what they were going to do about it, no one ever rang. I stopped in repeatedly, getting more and more embarrassed to ask about it. Finally I just said, clean the shirt, as the original marks had never been removed, and we will draw a line in the sand. I said I had other PPE that I needed to bring in, I figured they surely can’t wreck that! I expected to pick up the shirt and other items, but when I returned only the PPE was ready. The shirt still untouched and in the back room. I said just give it back but madam said oh so now you want it? ! I thought ur kidding me, yes I wanted it back, that was the problem all along.
Rude rude rude lady said oh we were going to keep it for testing! So you want to wear it now do you!?
I was furious, took the scrunched up shirt horrified at how I was spoken to. I have shared this story many times, do not trust this woman with your clothing!

Hopeless. Rude staff with zero manners. Do not use these guys unless you're randomly cleaning an old rag you use to wash your dirty car or floor with. Download dryz app and use them instead.

I took my heavily stained and expensive wedding dress to get cleaned here hoping for a miracle. Well who said miracles don't happen. My dress looks better than brand new. Thank you Daisy and to all staff. Totally recommend them
