Daiso Japan reviews
13Great range of daily use products at very reasonable rates starting from $3.30 equivalent to 100 yen. You can find the price conversion chart in the shop.
Went in store recently for a wire earphone and broken right after 1st use at plaza. Was not expecting such a short time use. Went back straightway and got refund as told it was faulty. Not impressed with the quality; the star is to the staff who provided good customer service.
Practically everything is about $3.10 the last time I visited here. This is basically a $2 shop but better quality and upper class, a good competitor of the Reject Shop.
This store is what every Australian shopping centre needs because it has huge bargains everywhere.
I could spend quite a bit of time in this store finding lots of storage, wardrobe solutions. And love finding fun pens for me and kids. Cheap lollies too. Always friendly staff.
Wow I just went in the store for window shopping, came out with a bag full.
The place has so many things you need in a daily life.
They are cheap but good quality.
Worth a visit.
Friendly staff.
Clean place.
Would visit again
I never ever complain. But every time I went Daiso in Werribee plaza, I had no comfortable. Staff is rules and stuff is expensive and quality lower more than other Daiso shop. Hope this shop stays good enough!
I love this place. It has so many wonderful items and my father’s favourite caramel corn green tea chips. I must say I enjoy them as well. The Pacific Werribee Daiso store is on the smaller side but still delivers a very good range of products despite it’s decreased store size. Showing you that size does not matter it is what is inside that counts.
The Asian lady working there is so rude. I had the worst experience, needs to learn how to behave with customers around.
An interesting, cheaper alternative "$2" shop. Most items only $2.80.satisfied with my purchases to date.
Wide range of variety with only one problem and that is most of the information on items are not in english.
Great stuff to buy, always find something unique every time I visit this shop. It's better than going to any $2 shops, most of the items are $2.80 if more they will have a price tags. Stopped shopping on eBay where you have to wait for weeks to get your stuff, which you find here good quality stuff at very low prices. Only thing found here are that the product name and description are in Japanese, with a short translation which is not clear with certain items.
Most things in store are $2.80 and have been for a long time there are quite a few quirky items in Daiso stores and some down right weird.and like all other stores this one has pretty wide Isles and are easy to get around in even if a trolley or a basket is coming from the other direction
RUDE/ARROGANT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Cashier ignored customers including myself while she was texting on her mobile device. She then spoke rudely to me as I walked away to look for a product. Thinking I didn't hear her. I turned and questioned her as to what she said and why she is being so rude. She tried to cover the fact she got caught being arrogantly rude. She then went back to texting on her phone while a customer was standing waiting for service. Upon returning to the counter some minutes later. She was having a conversation with a co-worker and AGAIN was ignoring customers. She recommended I try shopping at another store (company) Daiso Australia for my product. This made my shopping experience here a bad one.
PRODUCT WISE: Here Daiso Japan have an ok range of products and prices are reasonably low.
