I love Daiso, took me a little while to find it's new location, but it's always beautifully set out & cost effective.

I rang 4 times to enquire about goods. No one answered and the line was just cut off. If no one can pick up the phone, what is the point of giving the phone number to the public?

Trading hours says close at 5pm on Saturday but the sliding gate/door is almost closed at 4.35, this happen all the time.

Cashier at 14: 15pm on 12th Dec just being rude and careless in the way like this: : "receipt? ". We said yes please and she threw the receipt to us like no care.

Was told their store policy is above Australia Consumer Law today.

Didn't know the soil under their feet belonged to Japan, oh the ignorance of me.

My favourite knick knack shop.my wife always wants to go and browse here on our shopping trips.

Prices are now 3.10 per item and some items have tags and are marked with a higher price. Still a bargain for a good range of merchandise.

This good shop and not expensive to everyone, and very practical in a lot things houses, clean make up, lolly and more, you should visit and enyoye.

They have Japanese goods which are creative and cute, has basically anything you want. Most items for 2 bucks 80, will recommend. Although there is a lacking of staff walking around when you need assistance but otherwise its great.

Bloody fantastic for how cheap things were, and a phenomenal range of appliances priced at a low cost of $2.80

Everything is cheap but everything is written in an unknown script so you don't really know what you're buying

Experienced very rude customer service, as the receipt has been stated Change of mind is allowed for full return in 14 days if i have the proof of purchase.

Then I tried to return an unused and unopened item with receipt but was told by staff return not allowed coz it's a personal care/cosmatic item. Only faulty items can be return? !

The business making some illegal and unfair policies to customer / public.

Good place for unusual knick-nacks, storage solutions, hair and beauty products, small tools, snacks

Love daiso, got all sorts of bits and bobs. Everything$2.80 unless otherwise marked. Go check them out, you won't leave empty handed

Box Hill daiso is so much better than the one in CBD QV; greater range of products, lots of stock, super organised and SA are super friendly!

You literally get what you pay for. Don't expect the highest quality and you won't be disappointed.

The previous diso all items are 2.8, now there are many different prices, sometimes to pay to know, I hope the price can be clearly marked!

I love this place it's smaller then some daiso but they have most things and great quality too its seasonal so depending on what you want but there products are great especially cheap things great value

It's a really good shop and interesting shop it's quite a pair of audible to go and visit with your kids and you'll have a lot of creative ideas if you are a creative person is the best place to shop.
