Bought cooking wine which will expire in 2 weeks. Tried to return or exchange 5 minutes later. The store manager refused to do anything because it was a food item. I believe there are many bottles from the same batch on the shelf expiring in 2 weeks and I doubt if they’d do anything. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Always love shopping here they have all the little things i need all things stationary, all sorts of containers for all sorts of things all sorts of folders, little bags, bathroom knick knacks, laundry even some garden stuff.just love it

I don't typically write reviews frequently, but a recent shopping experience at Daiso was unpleasant. I noticed some food products were nearing expiration but were still displayed on the shelves. It compelled me to write a reminder for other customers to double-check the expiration dates as the store manager “stated” that food items could not be returned.

Wonderful shop has lots of different stuff. Must have a look if u go to eastland. U be surprised what they have.

I like spending time browsing the wares, so much so that the staff probably thinks I'm trying to shoplift.

Wares include household items and gadgets with Japanese way of solving issues that you may not have expected to have. Good times.

Great store! Love the random stuff but it needs more miniature 1.6 doll accessories, like food and furniture. Maybe they can start selling doll clothes aswell/dolls

Tried to return an unused and unopened item with receipt but was told by staff return not allowed if it's personal care/cosmatic item. Only faulty items can be exchange / return / refund.

And the receipt has been stated Change of mind is allowed for full return in 14 days if i have the proof of purchase? ! Really bad customer service / rediculous business policies they setting.

Daiso is like a $2 shop on steroid. The quality of their items is not like your typical $2 shop for sure. A great place to find Japanese-made everyday stuff.

Pretty decent sized store. Has plenty of isles with so much to offer.
As expected most of the writing on the packaging of the products are not in English, so just be aware of that before entering.
It has plenty of stock and I'm sure that you will always walk out of this shop with at least one thing, even if it's something that you weren't intending to purchase.
Very good store that is kept in very good condition. Friendly staff that are always willing to help.

WTH, they kept changing their trading time and now closing on a Sunday. How am I suppose to do my shopping. You might as well shut down your business if you are not running it!

They have good range of products compare to the corporate store. But Can you please keep your trading hours consistent? I miss out their opening hours all the time due to work.
And they change the Sunday trading hours all the time
