They have gluten free cones! I got the boysenberry flavor and I died and went to heaven. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We have been visiting dB Bundoora for years and I'm loving the revamp. The ice-cream flavours are awesome and so yummy. Highly recommend a visit.

Dairy Bell. One of the original ice cream places with a million flavours. Lots to choose from, plenty of places to sit and the staff are all lovely too.

Really good selection of ice creams. The lady that served us was patient with us (and our kids trying to decide) and she was really friendly.
The ice creams were delicious, serves were generous and prices were fair. Looking forward to returning to try more flavours.

What a pleasant surprise it was visiting Diary Bell! The shop had been renovated to replicate a diner with a great funky vibe! Selection of ice creams and sorbets was quite decent and satisfied all in our group. The raspberry sorbet is delicious with a nice tart bite and not too sweet! Prices were very reasonable for a good quality product and served by very attentive staff! Well done Diary Bell, I’m sure we will visit again this summer!

I'm confused with the owners reply, yes I was looking to potentially pick it up a day early hence the phone call to confirm my cake was ready to be picked up, you answered the phone and said yes it's here! So I drove 20 minutes there in traffic, to then arrive in which you brought out the incorrect cake, no I didn't get my 44year old husband a unicorn cake however had I sent someone else to pick it up they would have bought the incorrect cake home and the other Kristy would have been disappointed that you gave her cake out to somebody else. Clearly your ordering system needs to be rectified, perhaps using a surname or telephone number etc might help avoid this situation again. Next time own up to it, be honest and say sorry and offer to deliver the cake offer good customer service instead of putting the blame on me and advising me to just come back tomorrow. I have a 12 year old, 2 year old and 3 month old I unfortunately don't have a spare 40 minutes to waste.

Went into Dairy Bell today, was told no donuts available as it was too to make, at 26 degrees? Asked for an ice-cream but was then told they have a $10 eftpos minimum. I only had a card and asked if I could just pay a surcharge as I really wanted something, but was told a flat out no. Left the store very disappointed. Terrible customer service.

Excellent range of ice cream available, always fresh, friendly staff, new owners, store has been fully renovated, to modern standards, after many years. Well done guys!

OMG I have been going here for 2 decades because of the quality and my support for this iconic aussie brand. But.now the place is.even more awesome! It now looks like the icecream places in lygon street. I would rather support local than try get a car park in Carlton and the frustrated drive. Has had a great face lift and great outdoor seating. They also still sell tubs of 2 and 4 litre icecream. It still tastes like your childhood vanilla. Do it and you can never go back to supper market stuff. Staff super friendly friendly. Stop reading this, you could be eating icecream right now! ;)

Best experience ever thanks to willma ordered waffles and a shake and oh my they were delicious, beautiful atmosphere and an updated menu I recommend this to anyone that's after a cold dessert thanks willma will definitely will be back.

Great flavor selection a little bit expensive but the quality and locally made ice cream well worth it

Stopped in a couple of times when it is warm, prices and serving sizes are really good compared to other places although I must say the ice cream isn't as good as some other places.

Great ice cream in the north. The price seems affordable. I would recommend it if you are in the area. The milk shake was just okay, it would of been something I could whip up at home.

I hadn't been to a dairy bell in years, went to this place and it was clean and nicely presented. The staff were friendly and patient while we were trying to decide which flavours to get. Worth a drop in if your passing by and feel like a shake or ice-cream.
