Fantastic service, service was provided by the owner and he was very accomodating to our dietary needs, he was very generous with the servings and went above and beyond to ensure the children were happy, highly recommend!

Do not let your teenagers work here. The owners are horrible people and the environment varies from passive aggressive to hostile. They predominantly hire teenage girls and then yell and berate them at every chance. The owners think it’s completely appropriate to send aggressive texts when kids aren’t even at work to berate them about anything not completed to their standards.
If you aren’t available for a single shift, they threaten to terminate you.
The reason everyone complains about the customer service is that the people that work there are terrified, not to mention it’s like a revolving door because they can’t retain staff because they’re down right abusive. The replies from them on these reviews speaks volumes!
Stay away- there are plenty of workplaces that will give your kids a better start

SO MANY FLAVOURS
I must say, on first appearances, this place doesn’t look like much. Very plain, and it’s location definitely makes you assume it’s dodgy.
BUT wow how wrong I was once you get inside. They have 48 different flavours of ice-cream as well as pre-made frozen ice-cream sandwiches, waffles, banana splits and 5 different loaded hot dogs
Best thing about it, prices are so good. Legit only $9 for 3 large scoops of ice-cream!
Definitely would recommend if you’re feeling the itch for some ice-cream

Owners are amazing and honest. They have taken good care of me through the years and are a big reason why I enjoy working in the hospitality industry.

They are flexible with your availability and always encouraging their employees to come up with new ideas to help the business. This is perfect for those seeking for a first-time job or anyone looking for a second job. Workload isn’t hard to handle. Duties range from scooping ice cream, preparing sundaes, prepping ice cream cakes, milkshakes, etc.

I highly recommend working here and thank the owners for supporting me.

Wanted a super cone. Got what I wanted. However, the price was very high at $12 for a supercone

Please train new staff properly before getting them to do orders independently. Got the churro sundae and ice cream was minimum, the churros were not cooked and the cream on top was as pretty much the same consistency as milk.

Although the icecreams here are nice, I think the workplace should provide some formal etiquette and cultural training to the staff. This is my second time at the store when I went to order and instead of taking my order, I was asked first if I was there to pickup an uber eats delivery.
Not all Indians are uber eats drivers and vice versa.
Though this might subtle and not intentional, it is still a type of stereotyping people based on their appearance and race.
May be instead of assuming, It would be better if they asked the person first on how they can help.one should not assume things based on the other person's appearance or race. This behaviour unacceptable and low key racial profiling

The icecream sundae we ordered tonight was terrible. It was barely 3 scoops of cream and not what it use to be. I understand cutting corners in hard times but for $12.00 it was a rip off and I’m so disappointed.

The staff were really nice although the owner (I presume) was a little bit rude to the staff
edit: got churros off door dash and the churros were hard, how do churros get hard they normally go soggy

The white choc raspberry icecream was tasty but not even hard, it was like half melted.waffle cones are and were perfect paid $35 for 4 single scoops on 4 waffle cones. Not too bad or shabby

The girl who served us looked high and to say she didn't look very enthusiastic about serving us was an understatement. Husband ordered a banana split. $14.00 and about half the size they were last summer. To add insult to injury barely half of the flavours were available.
Been loyal to Dairy Bell but now I think I'll try other icecreameries in the area.

The ice cream at the place is amazing and very tasty but the work place is horrible, they always seem very understaffed and the workers look scared and stressed, I don’t know what the management is like there but it doesn’t seem right, I work in hospitality and I can tell the place needs to change in order to help the staff and the place run smoother, I think something needs to change

This place is a pretty great
The ice cream flavours are original and crazy and they sell ice cream sandwiches, choc tops, ice cream cake and tubs
I recommend this place to people who want to try something new

Ice Cream here is delicious and serving sizes are good.
The shop could do with a complete makeover though.
Chairs and tables are wobbly and dirty.
A decent paint job and some nicer comfortable chairs to enjoy your food would go a long way here.

You want to know what heaven on earth tastes like? It’s a Dairy Bell banana split. You think you’ve had a good banana split before? Nope, not until you’ve had a Dairy Bell banana split. My recommendation is Macadamia, Nuts About Chocolate and Biscoff. Thank me later (apologies if you’re lactose intolerant). Seriously, thank you dairy bell. That was something else!

Gotta try their $11 (it's worth every cent!) Version of a choctop. It's a friggin monster! Yummy!

Used to have fond memories of this place as a kid with the ice cream sundaes being so big you couldn’t even close the lid.

Went there recently and ordered a sundae only to barely get a scoop with each flavour. Obviously under new management. Not worth the money and extremely disappointed, and I was served by the manager lol

If I could give a negative review I would, went in after hyping joint for so long. Only to be told that the sign saying $11 take home tub 3 flavours 1L meant sundae and not a take home tub. The staff and owner told us it was $24 per tub. No where in the store was this stated. When owner came in to “help” he was aggressive and came right in our face point his hands at us and told us to go spend $35 on a ice cream tub somewhere else and stop taking advantage of his prices. All we requested was honour his advertising.

I took my kids to dairy bell on hot summer days, we loved eating super large ice creams from there

Disappointed to see a significant decrease in the size of the serve, while the price keeps going up.
