Friendly and really brilliant staff. They also gave a really good discount on the pendant lights we purchased

We recently purchased some lights. We changed our mind on some items after ordering which created a bit of a mess. The guys changed things around for us with minimal fuss and we got what we wanted. We really appreciated them helping us out.

Poor customer service. Walked in ready to drop several thousand $ but was uncompromising on custom making. Able to make what I want but not prepared to source new timber for it, only use what was in stock. After showing me example piece he made.
Alternatively wanted a stocked item edited. So simple, could do it myself and was happy to pay big to save me the trouble. Wouldn't.
Recommend suss out your customer before telling them something is too difficult or too expensive when I was quite prepared to get charged $1000 eachoth on a $300 stocked item. And I needed 2. Plus needed at least 6 other $200-$500 lights. But never mind, I'll buy those at a store that's prepared to make my minor alterations for me.

Ordered from them twice now. The first time i made an error with my order (my fault) and they spotted it and called me to amend and offer me a refund on the product i mistakenly ordered. So so helpful. Cannot be faulted.

Initially they made a mistake with my order which I was disappointed with, however they went out of their way to rectify the situation at great inconvenience to themselves. I am very grateful for the effort they went to and I would highly recommend this business

I recently bought all my lights here for a house renovation. Igor is super knowledgeable and helpful - he is a skilled lighting designer who even referred me to an amazing electrician. Highly recommended for quality, reasonable pricing and expert advice.

Poor customer service and communication. They cancelled my order without any attempt at contacting me. Take your business elsewhere to a company who are willing to deal with their customers with some level of professionalism.

Great service and quality light for affordable price. You could always fine cheaper fittings elsewhere but getting the right advise and understanding the difference on quality is very important, particularly when it comes to outdoor lighting.

Really not a good service.first store in melbourne where you can't change the lights as they already opened but you can't check the thing unless you open.reason for change is short length of pendant wire as nobody inform us that its fixed length and not adjustable when we bought it.they have asked me that they can extend the wire length from 1m to 2 m but they will charge me $75
