Such incredible service from these guys. I am unfortunately very clumsy and have required screen repairs and protector's often, they are so quick and friendly and well priced and do such a great job on my pixel! Will not go anywhere else.

Brought my iPhone XR in as it wasn’t charging properly depending on the cable used. The friendly staff gave the charging port a clean and service within 25 minutes at a good price. Let me double check their work with the charging cable at the kiosk before asking for payment. Less than quoted elsewhere within the centre. Will be back next time! Great service.

Had an electrical component break the day before deadline after working on a complicated robotics build for 3 weeks. The wonderful man at D2 saw our desperation and kept working a few hours after closing time to fix the board for us, despite not having his magnifying set with him and doing most of it by feel.

Le was patient, informative, efficient and communicative. He took good care of m and assured me that if he couldn't fix my phone I wouldn't pay for the supplies. In fact he was able to fix my phone in record time, even trying to get it back to me ahead of a holiday knowing I was excited to have it back. Would definitely recommend and would use again

Genuine and professional service and really good customer service. Took time to try to detect the problem and explain to a non-techie (me). When trouble shooting did not work, would not charge me for the time. Wow. I’ll be back!

Came here after a terrible experience at 918 Repair Station and D2 did not disappoint. The man behind the counter was friendly and helpful and was able to glue my phone screen within minutes. Excellent customer service and extremely reasonable with price. I will be recommending D2 to everyone.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received from a mobile phone shop/repair service. On Tuesday they replace the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra and gave me a free screen protector.
Me being clumsy, cracked the new screen protector 2 days later and they wouldn't take my money for new screen protector.

I came here because of the reviews and although they were super nice and efficient, charged me $120 for a screen replacement. It maybe not seem like it’s too expensive, but there’s another review from just 6 months ago where they charged them $80 and threw in a free screen protector. It’s just too much of a price jump in 6 months to be sincere.
Also I can tell the screen is a replacement, and although it is okay quality, still not the biggest fan of the uneven edges.

I thought my Samsung phone was gone forever after getting rained on yesterday and after trying all the You Tube videos without success I took it to D2 and the gentleman repaired my phone and it was free of charge a rarity in this day and age. Hi Everyone. Just to let people know that today I had a problem with my mobile phone and had to go to my service provider to try and fix it They were not able to do so. Then I went to another five mobile repair businesses and they could not resolve the matter either. Finally I happened upon D2MOBILE at the Northland Shopping Centre. The technician there listened to me explain myself and then started working on the phone. In about 15>20 min he fixed the problem. I could not believe it. What the larger companies could not do he managed to do so easily. He was very civil and polite and not at all arrogant. A thorough gentleman. Given my experience I would highly recommend him

I came to D2 on basis of the reviews I read, and they did not disappoint. The owners are authentic and friendly, and super helpful. The cost of the screen replacement for my daughter's phone was very competitive at $80 and they threw in a free glass screen protector, which they fitted on the spot. I also bought a phone cover for my own phone, which I changed my mind on later - and they were happy to exchange the next day with no fuss at all. HIghly recommend!

Very impressed! I went to D2 after Samsung told me they wouldn't repair their own brand because it wasn't purchased in Aus. I was dubious about a kiosk service but they only took an hour to replace a cracked screen, and they showed initiative and replaced the LCD as well because it was damaged too. In fact, the whole front of the phone. It looks great, it's working perfectly so far, was slightly cheaper than the Samsung cost and FAR faster. Great work.

Had water In charging port and was getting It Fixed. Come to pick it up and they had just dried it out and didn't charge anything. Very honest. Will definitely go back.

I need a new screen on my iPhone 7+ phone rang D2 mobile spoke to a lovely lady its only going to cost me $110 plus she said she will put a free tempered glass protector on my iPhone 7+ for nothing and I can get a flip case for $25 I highly recommend anyone who needs a new screen replacement for an iPhone or any phone go to d2 mobile the staff are lovely polite and don’t charge too much
