D-Spa - 538 Collins St

I have been going to D-Spa for nearly 15 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. I have referred friends who are highly anxious when it comes to dental work and the staff have all been amazing. Yesterday I saw Elle for my hygiene check up and she was really wonderful - you don't expect to have a great laugh when visiting the dentist!

I have been going to D-Spa for many years with a break caused by COVID. I have now started again, they are the same wonderful friendly and professional people with a wide understanding of your dental health. I would recommend them to anyone.

I never thought I’d say ‘i love my dentist’, but I do love my dentist!
Everyone at D-Spa is lovely, and importantly, very kind to nervous patients. I go every six months for check ups/ cleans and always get excellent service.
In particular, when I got my wisdom teeth out, we made a plan that fit my budget and needs. Highly recommended

I would have given 0 star to Dspa collins Street, they updated my appointment twice and confirmed it to be today Tuesday the 29th Nov at 10 AM and when I reach there after taking 2 hours off my work (without pay) they say it’s for tomorrow Wednesday.
So unprofessional, I have sms proof to show that they updated my appointment.
Frustrating

I’ve been a patient at D-Spa for the last couple of years, and have had nothing but first class service at this dental surgery. I had an issue I needed attended to urgently prior to travelling overseas, and the team got me in without hassle, and John fixed it up with ease. Always a relaxed, clean and professional environment.

I always feel cared for at this place. Friendly and helpful staff. Been coming here since 2017:)

Returned to D-Spa after living overseas and extremely pleased to see they’ve continued to deliver on their 5-star premium service. Gabe and John were fantastic, helpful and informative. The rest of the team were super welcoming also. Left pleased and with a fancy dental gift pack in hand. Thanks team!

I cannot recommend D-Spa Dental enough!

Booking appointments is easy with plenty of times available at short notice. The space is warm and welcoming and Caitlin was so easy to talk to and understanding with me during my first appointment as a new patient. During my checkup John and the dental team went above and beyond for me and took the extra time to walk me through my current dental health and where we could to go moving forward. Walking away from my experience I will absolutely be keeping my routine appointments with D-spa and for anyone out their looking for a new dentist, D-spa Dental does not disappoint!

Hands down, the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to! Is it odd to fall asleep in the dental chair - because I have at D-spa. Doug is a masterful dentist with an incredible eye for detail. I’ve had several major dental emergencies over the past six years and my teeth are looking better than ever. Additionally, the entire practice staff are warm and attentive, adding to the pleasantness of the experience. If you are member of BUPA you will not find a more reasonably priced clinic. My friends cannot believe my out of pocket expenses. Well done D-spa!

Gabe is probably the best dentist I've ever had. He puts so much care and consideration into all our appointments, and he always keeps me well informed on what needs to do to my teeth.

The D-Spa team are phenomenal - I cannot recommend them enough! Gabe is a wonderful, highly skilled dentist who goes the extra mile to ensure every client feels at ease and listened to. Gabe took the extra care to explain every step and to educate me on so many aspects of dental health that I was previously unaware of. I came away from my appointment feeling empowered, listened to and relieved that my dental care is in such capable hands!

The entire D-Spa team are absolute professionals who are well ahead of the game and the skilled reception team work incredibly hard to ensure that their clients have a seamless experience. A wonderful team and a fantastic service that I cannot fault.

It's hard to get excited about seeing the dentist.but I really like D-Spa! They provide good care in a lovely space, complete with cheerful conversation, a nice soundtrack and great service from the team on reception. I have seen them consistently for ten years (!) for dental work large and small, and definitely recommend.

Great service from the Dentist (Gab) and all the other staffs at D-Spa.
Gab explains in detail about the overall health of teeth and gums. Also he provides recommendations to have healthy gums. I have been going to this place for past 4 years and have been receiving great service till date.

Can't recommend this dentist enough! Had a delightful hour with Annie the oral therapist and the facilities are beautiful and clean and very organised

I would describe myself as a challenging dental customer. My twice a year visit is so traumatic for me. So I'm lucky that I get to see Gabe who takes the time to warm up the instruments, and apply topical gel so that my very sensitive teeth don't give me too much discomfort. The recent change to the fluoride gel to replace the foam means I don't have to wait an hour before I can eat or drink, great for 8qm appointments. I highly recommend Gabe and D-Spa.

I had an emergency and mighty ugly (broken up/disintegrated with infection) upper, back molar extraction. It was my first visit, although my partner and daughter have been fans of the establishment for some time. I called and was accommodated within 48 hours. On the day, receptionist on duty, Kelly and Dr. John Nguyen, were both gold standards. Exemplary professionals with the uncommon traits of emotional intelligence. They were authentically engaged, polite and very skilled. It’s five out five stars from me!
