Based on service so far - Plenty of information on the website, rapid response to an enquiry and shipped my order next day from placing. Yet to open the box and inspect the goods though.

I was not sure about the quality of these bikes before I bought my new bike from here as I’d not heard about the HASA brand, but wow, extremely impressed and more than happy to recommend it.
Even though it was during the covid shutdown and could not have them assemble it for me, it was easy enough to do myself.
I bought a “cheaper” one just to try out the brand and could not be happier. I need to replace my better bike soon…. It will definitely be a HASA! Great product at a very reasonable price.
