Grabbed a new bike and seat for one of my boys. Forgot the name of guy that helped me and my son out, but was very helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again. Will be back when I need to be!

Very happy with the customer service here. Came in and was given multiple options of what would be best for our new child's bike. Didn't try and push us to buy the most expensive bike, he wanted us to go home with the bike that was best for us. Although we where the only one in the shop, all the staff where very happy to give us the time we needed to answer all our questions.

The team at cycle link sorted me out with a rear hydraulic brake upgrade for my ebike this afternoon works great thank you!

While I've been to Bike99 asking for a Campagnolo Cassette Lock Wrench and getting the response, "I'm not familiar with Campa, is it a Campa specific tool? What's the part number? " the Cyclelink shop assistant instantly knew what I was after, had the tool at hand and even had a moment for a chat about Campagnolo and showed interest in my bike. Recently I brought along a Citec road bike wheel with blade spokes and asked if they were able to check if they can get replacement spokes. They took the wheel into their workshop, spent about ten minutes checking the fixings of the spokes and other details, but couldn't help. Still, spending so much time without making a sale shows, that they have genuine interest in happy customers. What I'm saying is, it always pays to visit shops where people are knowledgeable about their stock and have a passion for what they are selling.

If I can give 6 star I would. Great service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who goes above and beyond.

Needed a quick adjust on my road bike and after being turned away from another shop these guys had it sorted within 5 minutes and showed me how to perform myself for future reference at no cost, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Least I could do was leave some feedback. Will be back 100% for future purchases.

Excellent service from Michael. Put my bike in for a service and brake bleed. They only charged for the bleed as the bike was fine. Cannot recommend highly enough. Shop local support these guys

Fantastic customer service! Called in this morning to get brakes adjusted on a new tandem bike that I purchased elsewhere. Michael was willing to have a look at it even though they were super busy. Not only did he fit me in at such short notice, he also adjusted the brakes at no charge.

Was refused service today as I am medically exempt from wearing a mask. The owner made it very clear that it is her store and her rules. When I pointed out this is discrimination the owner replied with “sue me”.
Thankfully I can now spend my money elsewhere with a business that does not discriminate and appreciates their customers.

The technical information and customer service I received from Cyclelink (Jace and Lynn) is by far the best experience. Their knowledge of the products are extensive and their aftersales service is amazing. Jace took his time answering all the questions i had and took time explaining all the features of the bikes we had purchased.no doubt i will have more questions! Highly recommend Cyclelink and will be definitely referring friends and family going forward. We live on the other side of town from their location but will not hesitate to make the trip to visit their store. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely blown away with the customer service, the team went above and beyond even when fully booked they managed to get me back on my bike the same day and came in at almost 1/4 of the price quoted elsewhere. Have purchased a few bikes from here and now wont look anywhere else when it comes to service and repairs. Friendly, Knowledgeable and great prices. If i could go better than 5 stars i would.

Bought my specialized p. 3 through here, i swear i could have talked hours with the staff here about bikes. They all know what they are talking about, very friendly and has a very good range of stock and prices. Will be coming here everytime i need parts.
