Kim in the Hampton store, Victoria is brilliant. He assists the customer with determining their requirements, and then in turn, providing the motivation to just get out and ride.

Tons of cycling apparel and shop assistant Mr Kim Richards is very helpful, kind and resourceful with the products.

Massive range of clothing including some of the biggest cycling brands. This is a good place to find a choice of cuts and styles. These guys also offer, helmets, sunglasses, and shoes.

Julie and her team run a great store that has everything you need for your next bike ride. Friendly and helpful is what you can expect.

This place has the Biggest range in any actual real life shop, and very helpful service. However, what actually prompted me to write this review was on online order for something quite niche (specific helmet pads), for which the service and speed of delivery excelled again. Thanks!

Great range but.the staff need more product knowledge - it's not good enough to refer me to the manufacturer's website when I ask if a jersey has UV protection or not! (And this is a simple question.)

Maybe it's post-COVID lockdown and everyone is getting back up to speed again. I really want Cycle Closet to succeed because they are local and I'd rather support them than buy online. However, I the staff should be there to help and not be window dressing - help me make an informed purchase.

I'm new to cycling and was impressed by how patient and helpful they were when I came in to buy a helmet. The man who helped me calmly explained what my options were and answered all of my (many) questions. The prices were competitive as well.

This the place we all should visit for cycling apparels. They habe so many different brand and full of surprises. Santini is the product that is eyecatching design and colours. Cycle Closet has a regular group ride everyweek and it is located in the middle of Hapmton area and make sure stopping by if you ride pass cause you never know there is a surprise for you. Great coffee and lovely staff can be a professional cycling fashion consultant!
