2Absolutely shocking service from wodonga store. One of the workers belinda went on a tyrannical meltdown while I was in for an appointment. She was abusive, threatening, completely inappropriate behavior. When I informed management I was threatened with misconduct, absolute scam of an organization.
I changed from Sureway because I actually want a job and my hour appointments lasted 3-5 mins. Just enough so they could tick their boxes No help at all and I had a different person every time so I basically spent those 3-5 mins repeating everything from every other app. Great when it’s an hour drive each way.
So I changed to these guys. No better. I’ve asked for training for possible funding for courses. But no we can’t do that. They make phone appointments. But no one calls
