Whilst it’s not my usual practice to give reviews, I’m happy to do so in this instance for CVA.
Following a tragic event, I was faced with the daunting prospect of selling a commercial property held by the family for some 40 years…. A sad time for our family to put it mildly.
After interviewing 4 agents, CVA clearly stood out from the rest both in terms of research and presentation. After first meeting Craig McKellar on site, the team was quickly assembled and I had the pleasure of meeting Ian and Luca Angelico in subsequent meetings with Bella Zhang offering Documentation support. One thing that immediately impressed me is that they paid great respect and included my wife Helen in all communications despite her not being part of the formal process. A plan was quickly formed and our property went on the market within weeks and sold within days of the closing of “Expressions of Interest” despite a few unexpected issues arising which were handled expertly by the team. During the process they were attentive and communicated clearly with me all details including inspections by potential purchases and sought my permission to bring various trades through the premises when required.
In closing …… would I use them again? ABSOLUTELY! In fact I will compel all of my friends to do so and I would go as far as to say that we wouldn’t have achieved the result we did using anyone else but CVA.

Lily and Jake from CVA property in Melbourne's West made me pay $400 for their electrician (Elton Electric) for an inspection even after I said I didn't want their electrician as my electrician had a look for free and gave me a report about the amps in the building, absolute jokers. CVA electrician was at the property for 10 minutes and 8 of those minutes he was on the phone to his other clients or shall I say victims.
