I miss Ballarat, I shall be back as daughter is back in Ballarat and we have moved to where daughter was, I will be back when daughter has Baby and we be in to visit.
Carla is amazing, she is happy to hear what you want done and is generally caring to what you want done to your hair, she isn't One of these hairdressers that sit you down get it done and leave, she takes pride in her work, she is generally amazing and so passionate for her clients happiness.
My hair is going to need TLC, I am not attending another hairdressers, until I come see Carla, I am 1600km away and I be waiting till September-October till I see you.

I love going into see Carla. I’m usually in there all day but it’s so welcoming and I just have a blast. Some days I just don’t want to leave because we having a good chat and the coffee is delicious!

Do not go to this salon they are very hit and miss and unfortunately I was a miss. She hacked my waist length hair off to my shoulders and bleached my hair so many times in one sitting that my hair snapped off up to my ears within 3 weeks. When wanting her to fix it she charged me more money and then blocked me on Facebook for who knows what reason.

Regardless of when I got my hair done which was 6 months ago and I’m still dealing with what you did to my hair.
I decided to write a review as I’m quite within my rights to do so. Your response is full of lies And it is unfortunate I can’t post pics. I’ll leave it at that

I love abit of banta and the results well I am amazed it is as light as it is after being dark brown red in one session so I'm super impressed love the passion love the chats highly recommended
