Had the most wonderful cut and blow wave today with Sam! I’m so glad I didn’t let the negative reviews put me off.
I found myself with spare time and unable to get an appt at my usual salon so headed over to Cuts Only and can’t thank Sam enough for firstly how lovely and nice she was! And second for the beautiful cut and blow wave she gave me. I’m so happy with it, thank you Sam

I had a lovely hair wash and blow dry for a great price! One of the best and most relaxing shampoos I’ve had. The wonderful lady used great products in my hair and styled it while it dried- I was so please considering she charged me so little! Thank you very much.

Showed her few pictures of past hair cuts gave her plenty of instructions even while cutting but did not listen. Would have much rather her saying she couldnt do it rather than cutting a basic hair cut

I took my 2 years old boy to Suri for his 3rd times haircut, he was crying all the time previously with other barbers but this time with Suri was totally different. Such an amazing haircut with a good communication with babies. Certainly we will back to you Suri

As someone who is a fellow apprentice barber and cuts hair themselves and has been around the industry for many years now, I really was surprised when reading through the plethora of negative comments that have been left by dissatisfied customers.
Firstly the customer service is above average and the two Middle Eastern ladies are lovely and always make me feel welcome. Along with the young male barber from Iran or Iraq, all the barbers continuously check up on you while they are cutting you or about to make any changes. The barbers and hairdressers also make you feel at ease and constantly explain and show you what they are doing and what they are going to do and allow for the customer to review the haircut multiple times during the process which is something that is not a common practice at many other hair dressers and barbers. This practice, which is a fantastic trait for barbers and hairdressers to do ultimately minimises customer dissatisfaction but also allows the customer to further trust the person who is cutting their hair as they are being slowly guided through the entire process. As a young adult who has very fast growing hair I only discovered this hidden gem just before the 2022 Christmas holidays and have had nothing short of excellent service and haircuts. I usually get detailed fade cut which can be time consuming to cut as it requires acute precision to make the result look good. I have been overall super satisfied with my experiences here and will continue to come here.

For a skin fade and beard trim and line up with a cut throat razor and shaving foam and shaving brush followed by a hot towel, [THE WHOLE SHABANG] I am always told by the barbers $25.00 AUD, however I normally leave a tip for such good service and cut. However i might be getting a slightly cheaper price as a repeat customer

My boyfriend went to get a Xmas Trim, and I accompanied him. We were about to be helped out by a younger hairdresser but two older staff told her she couldn’t do it. Anyway, the lady that ended up cutting my Boyfriends hair did not seem to care what he wanted, because in the end it only was slightly like what he asked for. There was no conversation no asking the length he’d like. It was just sit, cut, done. Leaving my partner unsure whether or not he liked his hair or if it looked nice.
Never going there again, and if I am I’m not letting anyone be served by the two older ladies. I should’ve stuck with the younger one, who looked the same age as myself. The hair she did on another client was quite nice!

At the end of the cut, the barber sprayed my head with so much water it’s like I just took a shower (it was dripping), and he told me he’s finished with the cut. Had to insist on having my hair blow-dried before I leave. Worst cut I’ve ever had

Theo was amzong with our 3yo. It was our sons first hair cut and theo was great at keeping him calm throughout the whole haircut, highly recommend bringing your child here or even a hair cut for yourself.

Told her clearly not to cut the mullet she stuffed my sons hair cut and charged 30$ I my partner was there furious, can't wait to visit them, Westfield should kick them out!

Horrible stuff that don't listen. Over charge $30 for 2 sides of a mulet and then she cuts the bottom of it off and my son was so upset and he spent months growing it and then I said I'm not happy with it and she still demands $30! Never go there! I want my money back!

My husband had the worst experience ever today. He asked for a hair cut with one of the staff who did a good job last time. She was not available, but another hair dresser insisted on giving him a hair cut. He is a bit shy and couldn’t refuse, came back home with 2 mm of hair on the sides and 60mm at the top, looking like Jim Neutron. When you ask for a hair dresser, you ask for her, not others. Now I have to go to a party with Jim Neutron tomorrow!

I recently went to get a haircut here and my haircut was advertised as 25 dollars. After the haircut they charged me an extra 10 dollars because of some rubbish reason that I had thick hair. What a joke, I wonder why there was no one here!

I got my hair cut here on Saturday - the price outside said $40 for a haircut & then the woman inside said $15 additional for a wash = $55 total. I then got charged $65 at the end? Prices seem to change depending on how they’re feeling. Be warned!
I washed and straightened my hair a few days later only to find all these random pieces of hair sticking out… Not impressed. For $65 you would want an actual straight cut & not this random pieces of hair sticking out.
