Cuts Only

Asked for number 3 on the sides and back with a few centimetres off the top. End result looked like a buzz cut. Not happy Jan!

Very disrespectful owner and cheater. She quoted $65 for wash & blow dry then she started just straightening my daughter hair without washing. When I asked her to wash, she charged $20 extra so I refused and asked her refund. She started screaming & being rude and threatening me not to come back to her shop. Very unprofessional business and I would never recommend anyone to go there terrible service

I had my hair Permed today by Sue and I couldn't be happier. I rate this the best Perm ever. The service was fantastic. I am going to recommend this place to everyone.

They cut my hair at least 2 inches shorter then what I asked then when I went home and straightened it (I have naturally curly hair) I realised my hair was two completely different lengths. My friend also went here the same time as me and got Curtain bangs. They were Not the length or style she asked for

If I know how to fix my knot of my hair ~~ I won't go to a hairdresser ~~ no wonder why their business getting bad ~~~bad customer service ~~~bad hair cut skill ~~~~won't recommended ~~~bad service ~~~bad hair cut at Northland ~~

It's the worst place to get men's haircut, one of hairdressers gave a haircut to my son and she didn't even know how to hold the hair clipper properly and she left many crooked lines on his head
, no wonder y they r not busy at all

Could not be happier with this place. The cuts are excellent, for the price. It is clean and inviting. Whilst it is popular, you never have to wait long. Thank you very much, Rina and Sue!

I went in for a wash and blow wave, I work 7 days a week. The lady washed the top layer of my hair and basically twisted my new extensions into a knot, than a different hairdresser dried it without brushing ig first, she said “ sorry I don’t think your was washed properly first “ they pulled at my extensions.

They’re probably good for cut and colour only

Simply can’t rate this salon with high enough regards. The staff are all so friendly and caring about ones hair needs. My experience was with the store manager who made me feel just perfect. I came out feeling refreshed and renewed so I will most certainly be going back for more. Definitely a top quality and clean store with affordable prices too. Very happy customer indeed?

Was told to jump in the chair and had to wait close to an hour just another trick to to stay was told multiple only be a minute,
place was was too full more it was allowed too super music and smelt badly

Absolutely terrible. Don't go here. I just wanted my fringe trimmed, had to get it fixed at another salon it was so bad. Will take months to get it back to what I wanted.

Sue and the ladies are awesome and Sue always cuts my hair just how I want it will always go there.

Just dont go here! Completely ignored my request for two centimetres off the back and removed two and a half inches instead. Also added layers despite my saying no when asked. Never, never ever again

Terrible, so bad that I'm writing one star reviews with two accounts. I asked for about 3cm off the top and instead they left 3cm on the top.

Lovely lady named Sue cut hubbys hair and did a wonderful job. Staff all lovely and friendly. Will definitely keep going.

You would think a place called cuts only would give at least a semi decent hair cut. Unfortunately I left looking like a mop and with $35 less in my pocket. I can honestly do a better job cutting my own hair (unqualified) and will never go back and never recommend this place to anyone.
It's hard to even trust a hairdresser to cut my hair and now it's ruined.
I now have to spend more money to go to a more qualified hair dresser to FIX the horrible mess the hair dresser that barely spoke English at Cuts Only Northland has made.
