Cuts Only

We have been going there for 10 years- mostly satisfied, but in the last 1- 2 years, boys haircuts have been poor. My 17 year old son was charged 40.00 and his hair looks no different to before / still has a thick messy lump of hair in front, still long, with a bit cut on the sides. It’s appalling and disappointing service, and way over charged without any conscience at all. Shame on you! He needs a proper hair cut!

I recently had a haircut at Chadstone, and I must say it was disappointing. The cut is uneven, and to add to the frustration, I paid different prices for the same style on two separate occasions.its hard to recommend this place. At the chadstone store.

Asked for layers, unfortunately the stylist hacked my hair… I have a mullet now that I can’t fully tie up. Disappointed.

STELLA YOU ROCKSTAR! Been there twice in 4 months, and got my hair groomed by Stella. She is so much into her work, she knows what she is doing with your hair and the end result is marvellous! If you guys visit Cuts Only at Chaddies, I recommend to groom your hair cuts by Stella.

DO NOT GO HERE Rlly horrific and frankly traumatising service my friend experienced. They neglect the client's needs and does whatever they want. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

This is the worst haircut I've gotten in my life. Prior to cutting, I had a mid part with an undercut. I specified that I wanted to keep my fringe but just cut the sides, I even portioned out the hair that I wanted to keep. As she began to cut my hair, I already had a bad feeling as she parted my hair to the left hand side while cutting, but I trusted the process. I regret this. She then proceeded to cut more than 5cm off my of fringe, and cut it weirdly thin, the left and right side of my fringe got shaved off, leaving me with a weird rectangle in the middle of my forehead. She seemed to have her own idea of how my hair would be styled, as she said "keep your side part? " when I had a mid part prior, and when I said "I want a mid part" she kept the side part. Overall, I would avoid this place if you value your public perception.

The worst hair cut I’d ever had! Never ever come back again.

Staff is so rude

Had told them which hair style I want but the lady hairdresser just said “I will not spending an hour on your hair. That’s it, finished! ” Absolutely ridiculous.

Would not recommend. Spent most of the time listening to the owner go off at his staff because the float was out in the till. Fairly abusive behaviour from a guy under 5ft. Would definitely prefer doing it myself.

Worst haircut I've had in a while.
First of all they always over charge and not professional at all altough really friendly to deal with.

Quick nice and cheap hairdressers where wait time isn't too long especially with the number of qualified hairdressers they have working each day. For a no fussed haircut this place is for you!

After reading a few bad reviews I was skeptical to have my hair cut here, but Annie did an amazing job and her attention to detail was great, and the staff were super friendly

I don't usually write reviews but I have gotten so many compliments on my haircut since getting it cut on NYE! I love my new style and how it frames my face and sits beautifully with no styling!

I've visited this hair salon a couple of times to have my haircut. I was quite disappointed both times as I didn't get the exact style that I had clearly asked for. Some of the staff members seem to be in a rush and not care enough for their customers. Paying $40 for a quick haircut isn't worth it when you are not satisfied with the outcome.

Charged more than what was mentioned on the price list saying due to Covid lockdown. What an excuse.

Careful with the prices. Sign on the door says from $30, a super quick cut was $40. So I guess just make sure to ask

I always go to Sofia for my haircut and she always did a fantastic job. She’s always very friendly, detailed and take pride in her work.

Two horrible haircuts in a row from a Lebanese fellow and an older Asian man. Cut my hair way too short, was rude afterwards and dismissive, and kept talking to other people whilst doing the job. Terrible experiences

Liza cut my partners cut, she was so unprofessional n rude, n she can't cut hair, not worth the price

The WORST haircut experience! It was just a simple trim for my boyfriend and then got like this? This is even how it looks like after one month, don’t know how long need to wait for grow it back!
The worst part was that they didn’t even let us know about this and we only noticed it when we were back home.
