I am very fussy with my hair so thank God for Vanessa and Carla. They are amazing. They are so professional at what they do and they are not afraid to tell you what style suits you and what doesn’t. That’s what I like. They are sincere and down right honest who don’t sugar coat things just to get your money. Going into a salon knowing you are in good hands is the best feeling. Thanx ladies. Can’t wait to come back xo oh and they are soooo funny and friendly.

Horrible experience. The lady ruined my hair and she doesn't know how to cut hair. Avoid this shop if you love your hair. WORST HAIRCUT in my life and I am not exaggerating.

I booked an appointment at 11: 30 on Saturday & I started getting served after 2.5 hours. There’s only one hairdresser & she’s serving 5/6 customers by herself & trying to multitask.

I’m never coming back here again.

I’ve always cut my own hair from long to really short men’s style.but I thought I’d get it done “professionally” this time and they ruined my hair and charged $65, because I was a ‘child’. They didn’t even cut the back evenly, I also had to wait for more than an hour. I hated the my hair so much, I had to go get it fixed at a different place. Never going there again

They don’t have experience to cut the hair within 5 minutes they leaved me. I’ll never go this shop.

Dandenong store is so poorly run. Made an appointment on Saturday there is only one hair dresser who was run of her feet. Trying to multitask all by herself. For a Saturday this is very poor. The store owner should look at this and rectify the matter of staffing.

Too pricey for what you get.been using this salon for myself, my 17 mos old daughter and my husband.used to bring my daughter every two weeks to get her bangs trimmed for $5.my last visit was I got my haircut, the lady said layer but more than likely it was just a straight cut, and my daughter for the same (bangs trimmed) with a different lady and I got charged $50! Definitely won't be going back again.

Great hair stylists if u don't know what u want they will recommend some great ideas that send u home glowing

Very good service. $10 to wash and dry my hair. They care about you even when your only there for a short time.

My hairdresser was Masi, who managed to make my dark brown hair look like a natural strawberry blonde. It took two appointments since I have a sensitive scalp that didn't like the bleach but it was done well.

The pricing was very good and I highly recommend her as a hairdresser. Thank you!

Horrible. It’s called Cuts and COLOR but when I went to colour my hair they said it would take too long and I had to BRING MY OWN DIE. I even booked the appointment a few days ahead. Worst salon ever

Terrible customer service! Had to wait for 5 minutes to get a hairdresser to look at me, and then she just ignored me, didn't even respond to my 'hello'. I immediately left, nevergoing back!

Always awesome. Love the hairdressers, really lovely, does get a little busy on some days. Been going for at least 6-7 years now, and come back every time
