My broker guided me through the whole process and answered very promptly all my questions. I got my loan approved within 10 days which surprised my friends and colleagues. I am now 4 months into my mortgage and could not be happier with the bank and the loan I've got. While my friends' brokers asked them to lock in the low interest rate, Greg insisted that i should not do it because the interest rate will keep go down in this market condition and it turned out to be correct.
