This place has literally changed my life. I had had neuro surgery so my balance wasn’t that great and as I was ageing I felt my strength was weakening. After a few months at this gym I feel like a new person. I have hope of being able to manage ageing with renewed energy.not for me a ‘fail old lady’. Don’t put it off join now and reap the rewards. YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD, TOO LAZY, TOO FAT.never too anything!

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and
helpful.
The circuit is good and the classes are fun as well as good for you.
Other gym members are friendly and there is a good atmosphere.
Friendly gym where you get great results. Curves staff are very professional and encouraging. Curves Complete is the best.
