Curtains Direct & Blinds

I would absolutely recommend this company. They are super professional and came within a few days for quote. I was quoted 2,000 at spotlight for curtains and this was not installed or with track. My curtains were so much cheaper like half the price installed and with new rail. I would not look anywhere else great range and Carol, Tim & Wendy were so lovely. Great business

We had curtains installed early December 2023 2 rooms were perfect. The 3 room our master bedroom the rod was made incorrectly it happens. They come back later in December 2023 and reinstall and still it is incorrect. I then received messages demanding that I pay or else. I paid for 2 rooms but not the one that is incorrect, things get heated on both sides. Keep in mind I am a repeat customer. I am told that my curtains will be reinstalled as soon as the rod company can make them in the new year, fair enough. Today I get a reminder that I owe them money, which I am happy to pay when all is correct. Do not think being loyal on several occasions is rewarded by this company’s

Really disappointed with the after service provided by Curtains Direct. While we were patient enough during the lockdown, when the curtains were installed they draped across the floor, so we asked for someone to come and review and correct the problem. After returning from a holiday we informed them we were home, but the only communication we received over 4 months was from the accountant asking for payment. Each time we informed him that the problem was not fixed and that we still had not received any communication from the company. In the end my husband took down the curtains and raise the curtain railing, a difficult job as the curtains were very heavy. Seems the company are only interested in new customers but not fixing existing problems. No apology, very poor after service. I will never use this company again and I cannot recommed them.

Unfortunately the After Sales service is not as good as the Selling. I had verticals installed in December 2019 didn't move into apartment until
Feb 2020, in January 2021 the cord on verticals broke - between Xmas, Covid, lockdowns I didn't email them until April - I had made 2 phone calls & was told to send pictures.given they had installed I don't know why they wanted photos! When I finally received a reply email in May I was told because warranty was only 12 mths I would need to pay $100 call out fee & parts! Just to replace a broken plastic chain!
I had verticals for 25 yrs in my previous home in a sunroom in full sun yet the chain never broke under daily use and Curtains Direct & Blinds plastic chain broke after less than 12mths intermittent use.not only a quality issue but customer service non existent after having spent over $6K with them.not very "pleased"!

We had 4 curtains and shutters installed a couple of months ago and the whole experience was great.
From the quote, they appeared more knowledgeable & willing to help us finalise the details (colours, options.) than competitors. Then Bernard was very professional, on time, responsive and patient answering all my questions and offering advice whenever it was needed.
We wanted a type of rod that they don't have in white painted in white which they organised for us with the paint that we gave them: that is a very rare customer service.
And the result looks amazing - we are very happy with the looks & the workmanship and would recommand Curtains and Blinds without a doubt.

Thanks to Curtains Direct we now have all new quality and aesthetic outdoor awnings, curtains, blinds and a perfectly matched bench seat cushion. Both Graham and Gerard are clearly experienced (I regretfully ignored some sound recommendations), easy to deal with, and the company was beyond obliging with our convoluted installation timeline. Won't hesitate to recommend.

I had dual roller blinds fitted in my previous house and recently plantation shutters and white venetians in my current unit, both from Curtains Direct & Blinds and am extremely happy with quality of product at a very reasonable price
Their installer Danny is such a nice guy, very helpful & nothing is too much trouble, l think he is their biggest asset

Excellent service, fair pricing and great quality. From initial consultation right through to post installation (of what turned out to be a slightly complicated/ protracted job), the company consistently went above and beyond to accomodate and ultimately deliver a good quality and aesthetic result for some pretty happy customers. Regrefully we failed to take on board a couple of good suggestions from consultants Graham and Gerard, both of whom are clearly experienced and passionate about their work. We would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend to others.

We have used Curtains Direct and Blinds on each of the 3 occasions we have built our houses. The most recent being 2015 when we built our most recent new house.
What a fantastic result. We are so happy with the curtains installed by Gerard and his team. Each room in the house has its own theme - the 2 living areas have a touch of class and simple elegance; the 4 bedrooms resemble the personality of each person in our family; and the study has a spectacular curtain providing class and privacy.
We have used motorisation on many of the curtains with fantastic results. It creates a wow factor when we have visitors and makes it so easy to open and close the curtains.
We have always been impressed with Gerard’s workmanship - his eye for detail, passion to do the best job he can, knowledge and want to help you achieve your dreams have been qualities which ensue we keep going back to Gerard and his team.

If you need curtains, and you’re based in the city like me, these are the guys to go to! So happy that I managed to get them for my curtains! I dealt with Bernard who did measurements and to gave me the quote for my curtains! Very honest and reliable tells you what you need and doesn’t try to sell you items that you do not need unlike other companies! When it came to fitting the curtains, I dealt with Danny and Isaac, extremely friendly and efficient! Couldn’t speak more highly about this company! The prices are reasonable and they do an excellent job! Keep up the good work!

Recently used Curtains Direct & Blinds for double roller blinds. The staff were very helpful explaining the pro's and con's of various combinations, the knowledge and attention to details which they brought to the job was amazing and the finished product was fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone looking to install blinds. Big tick for price, quality of blinds and finish, customer service and time frame.

We have used Curtains Direct twice, for two of our homes. They have been fabulous. Two special mentions:

- They were happy to produce an additional roman blind with left over fabric for our first home for a window we initially didn't want covered;

- They were able to source material / fabric that they didn't have on them when they came out to do a quote - with a name and a sample, they were able to source the material / fabric we were after and made the curtains for us.

One thing to be mindful though, is that it does take 7-8 weeks for the curtains to be made.
