Could not be more happy with my blinds with two young boys paying so much attention to detail laying blinds on bubble wrap so the would not scratch my floor boards which I appreciated. I highly recommend this place

L contacted Sharons Blinds almost a year ago they arranged a date and time to come out to quote me for blinds the day before l was scheduled for the rep to come out l got a phone call saying that he had already been whilst l was at work he was in the area decided to go past my house saw a car in the drive and decided to arrive a day earlier l wasnt home my husband was he let him in thinking l had organised it the rep measured up some windows l had no idea which ones and left l then told him that l needed to see fabrics and colours l also said that l hadnt even got to tell him which windows l needed blinds for he promptly told me that he wasnt going to come out again on the scheduled day as the traffic was too bad and l could just tell him what colour and he would pick it for me l was appauled l contacted the office they said they couldnt help me and that was that only this week l get a call from Sharons Blinds nearly a year later asking why l havent gone ahead with the job l told them they offered to come out again once again a rep turned up at an earlier time l took the morning off work to accomadate him l asked him why was there such a mix up and why are they ringing me a year later he then packed up his samples and stormed out saying that in his words "this feels wrong" l was speachless this company has very odd practises to say the least BUYER BEWARE

Awful service. Very poor communication.experienced delays and the installer had to come 3 times to conduct the installation. Simply say that they forgot to bring the blinds. For any delay the contact person (Peggy) tries to put the blame on to the customer. Charged again for an installation they missed with the first order. Never again for such rubbish. I have marked 1 star.but the truth is i cannot even rate them half.

We could not recommend Sharons more! We got roller blinds and sheers with them for 1/3 of the price compared to dollar curtains. They are knowledgeable and will help you pick the best colours and design for your house. They made recomendations which we hadn't even thought of but so glad we had them to guide us. For such a good price and fantastic installation we couldn't be happier. Thank you Sharons we are so glad we used you.

If you want dodgy blinds that don't close properly, to wait weeks for your order then get given the wrong blinds and made to wait weeks again to get it corrected and for it to still be wrong all while dealing with a rude sales person who takes no responsibility and simply doesn't care then go with them, otherwise spend $200 more save yourself stress and hassle and go with a professional company!

Terrible customer service
after booking in for a quote waited for the guy to turn up never showed i called the company the woman said he was still on another job, no phone call to let me know he was going to be late, no apology just a comment from the woman saying well these things take time. Disgusted by the response.

I hired Sharon Curtains & Blinds to install holland blinds and curtains in my home, which I was renovating and extending for the purpose of selling. I went against my better judgement and hired a small business for this job, however the adage "you get what you pay for" was most certainly true in this case.

Ahead of the installers commencing work I had advised Sharon Curtains that we had our carpet recently installed and that I wanted care to be taken when installing the curtains and blinds. On their arrival, they did not come with any type of protective coverings or vacuum to ensure our carpets were kept clean. We were happy to provide drop sheets and a vacuum, however the installers completed their installation work and left red brick dust on the carpets and picture rails in both carpeted rooms.

When installing the curtain rails, they made several errors and patched these with filler, and the entire wall then needed to be repainted. They also installed several brackets out of alignment and these just make the job look cheap and rushed.

Further to this, the curtain installer left dirty finger prints on our finished painted walls. I recall that he intimated that we should have painted after the rail installation, however this is simply not possible as the painters would then need to work around the rails which is just not practical. They should have exercised more care but instead chose to blame our chosen order of work.

The holland blinds installer also left dirty finger prints on the majority of the white holland blinds. While I was able to clean most of these marks off, there were a couple of prominent marks that I was unable to remove. Also, several of the holland blinds were installed crooked and when fully extended just look totally uneven.

When I contacted Sharon Curtains by email to voice my disappointment, no response was received whatsoever. Three days later I placed a phone call and was told that they did not bother responding as they did not know how to address my concerns.

The mistake I made, aside from engaging a business that clearly is on the fringe of their industry, was to make full payment prior to the delivery and installation of their product, as per their policy. It would seem that beyond receiving payment they do not care in any way about customer satisfaction, or lack thereof.

I find it reprehensible that a company can undertake work at a clients home with such unprofessionalism and seeming disregard for a clients property. There is a reason why businesses such as this get a bad wrap, and it is completely justified.

After a bad experience the other week, we gave them another try. They have quoted and we'll accept the quote. UPDATE 6 months later: The plantation shutter arrived but was the wrong design. They did not argue and re-ordered the shutter - they have to come from China, as do most, so it was another long delay. It was correct when it arrived. Although frustrating, they dealt with the problem as expected, so that counts in my books. We'd go back.
