David is second to none! He's so knowledgeable and patient with a customer like me who has a bunch of different sized and shaped windows and bay windows. I was so lucky being prolly the first customer on the day, and David spent over an hour helping me sourcing the right curtains from different stores interstate. More than that, he called the stores one by one to confirm my curtains are in stock before making the online orders from separate stores in QLD for me. Now they're up and looking great! Really appreciate your help and professionalism David!

Ordered wrong curtains that cost just over $1,000, wanted to return and refund, was told to send back to springvale store with everything that came in the box, had to fork out another $140 just to ship it express so it can get there within the 14 day refund period, no confirmation call or email about receiving the box, tried calling the store but no one answered, left a voice message, still no response to this day. It has been almost a month since returning it. Absolutely appalling.

Having spent way too long trying to work out how to source ready made curtains on our own, we walked into Springvales Curtain Wonderland and the young woman (who from other reviews I am assuming is Angela) had us sorted within half an hour. The curtains and tracks were excellent value and fitted perfectly. She is a rockstar- any business would be lucky to employ her.

I purchased curtains the other day. Angela assisted me. I found her most helpful, courteous and polite. She was extremely efficient, professional, and made the whole experience wonderful. If I had a business I would definitely hire her in a heat beat. It was a wonderful experience and I am very happy with my products. I will be back!

Excellent Customer Services

I normally do not write reviews but for Angela, I could not resist. She had been a great help yesterday. Her product knowledge, patience and optimistic nature deserves appreciation. She not only helped us get the curtains from her store but also enquired about the availability in different branches. Angela you are a star and wish you good luck for future. You are indeed a great asset to your store.

Coming in on the weekend to get a quote on custom.but the attendant doesn’t know anything about custom curtains. The custom curtain attendant isn’t familiar with Roman blinds. The manager isn’t in.

Axidently found curtain world walking towards ikea, we were there confused of what we needed, the shop ladies were very helpful both sera and dianne if i got their names correct, both sales ladies were extremely helpful in exchanging our wrong length curtains and ordering new ones from another store. Don't know of the quality of the curtains yet. Will sure to shop there again.

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. We returned products on 15/10/18 and until today (29/11/18) we have not received a refund. The staff in the store are useless and lack the basics of proper customer service. Head office does not pick up the phone and there's no option to leave a message. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Their service is appalling and they have stolen over $400 from us.

Super friendly staff assisted me with my purchase of curtains - however me totally getting the wall colours wrong in the room they were to go into I had to go back and exchange for another set which they were amazing about and when I got to the store they already had the perfect set waiting for me!:) Going back to buy more for another room next week!

WARNING - BUYER BEWARE - The Saga continues
Not received my refund to date 17 01 18 and I returned products on
05 01 2018. The manager keeps saying its all up to head office.
A VERY INCOMPETENT BUSINESS - I have never seen a business take this long to refund one's money, especially for a transaction done via EFTPOS which is instantaneous.
Once they have your money they don't care about you.

BUYER BEWARE. The sales people do not tell you that you do not get your refund right away if the returned products exceed the value of $449 and that it has to be processed by their headoffice.
I returned products on 05 01 2018 at 10am. To date, I have not received my refund.
I tried to call the Head office number on the "Request for Refund Form" and it rings out.
I checked my credit card again at 8pm on 11 01 18 and the monies still has not been credited to my account.
Very Disappointed with the Customer Service

Its been 3 months and i am still waiting for the wrong installed blinds to be fixed. When I rang, the staff in return blamed it on me for rescheduling the appointment. Absolute waste of money. Its simply left me so frustrated and angry.

Always professional and excellent service. The team there are extremely knowledgeable! I've been to other curtain and blind companies but I always find it hard to get any service!  I'll definitely shop at Curtain Wonderland again!
