Curly Flat Vineyard reviews
22Some of the best wines I have tried, especially the pinot noir. Decent place to picnic too!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and owners. Super animal loving, with dogs welcome inside the old homestead where you’ll be guided through a tasting with lots of friendly chatter. Wine bottles to purchase are expensive but are really great quality and reflect the award winning drops!
We had the most lovely experience at Curly Flat. We turned up with our two young children and Cavoodle, they were so accommodating, even let our dog inside. Not mention beautiful wine, service and venue. Overall sensational experience.
Great cellar door. Staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. The wine is competitively priced and in my opinion, more than decent value. I love that they have priced their back vintages the same as the current one. And just that they have back vintages.
Some of the best wines I have ever tasted. A special thank you to Ray for the impeccable service and making the experience so special. Definitely will be back again!
Gorgeous winery and stunning wines. We had a great tasting with Ray, who is a wealth of knowledge and great stories. We purchased a few wines knowing we’ll be back.
One of the best age worthy Pinot's of Macedon, they start to shine 5+ years. Well worth a visit, if you're in the area book ahead for a tasting.
A Friendly, warm, welcoming, informative and helpful tasting of their range. Great background detail and history too. Looking forward to their upcoming events. Plus A lovely drop of Pinot Noir!
Making some of the greatest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in Australia for over twenty years.
Superb wines.and wonderful staff too!
We popped in yesterday to get a wine of theirs we had been absolutely salivating over since we first tried it at a resturant and ended up staying for a little tasting. The whole experience was so divine and they were so lovely. Absolutely cannot wait to go back. This place is an absolute must if you are in the area.
Beautifully presented tasting room with two open fires in an original old homestead, attentive and informative staff and above all, top quality wines.
World class Pinot noir, definitely worth a visit. Surprise of the bunch was the pinot gris, extremely sessionable.
Superb Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the team are friendly and more than happy to talk about a shared passion. A beautiful day in the sun, or a lovely cosy inviting interior for the winter. Either way a great cellar door to visit and well worth coming off the beaten track to visit.
The wine here speaks for itself! Having had curly flat Pinot noir previously we were very excited to visit the cellar door and we were not disappointed! Every wine on tasting was delicious and walked away with a big box of wines
Very professional setup with large tasting room. They are pretty heavy on their marketing and branding, and while the wine's not bad you'll find at least equally good and more competitively priced wines throughout Macedon Ranges.
Great little boutique winery in the Macedon ranges. Have a small selection of wines (compared to bigger vineyards) but they are absolute quality! Make sure you call ahead to see if they're open as there are smaller wineries in this region and they appreciate the heads up! Definitely try the Pinot Grigio & 2017 Pinot Noir
Fantastic wines, by people who clearly know their stuff. If you're in the area, I highly recommend heading in for a tasting.
Not just a lovely location and great Pinot. I held a function there now that Covid restrictions are over. Jeni works with Emma James Catering and we had a fabulous day.
Visited the Macedon Ranges a while ago and Curly Flat was our number one to visit, and it didn't disappoint. We got an amazing tasting in the dining hall, learnt a lot about Curly Flat and the region. Sensational wines across the range, we walked away with a few bottles and can't wait to head back. Thanks Curly Flat!
