Had a great evening visit here for some delicious authentic Turkish treats. Doruk looked after us so well and gave excellent recommendations. Loved this place!

Künefe was very delicious, will visit again, only down side is the shop has limited sitting capacity, you may need to wait for a while to be seated.

I want to empathise with you having a busy day but that is no reason to be rude and neglectful to customers. I also found that the portion size of the kunafa was quite small for the price that was charged. The mango gelato however was delightful.

By far the best Turkish desert in Melbourne, highly suggest you try the Kunefe with the vanilla ice cream however they have multiple other options. Also the customer services is simply outstanding with smiles everywhere from the staff

I had the pleasure of visiting this place recently and it was a wonderful experience. The desserts were absolutely amazing - bursting with flavour and made with the highest quality ingredients. So delicious and beautifully presented. But what really stood out to me was the lovely staff who made our dining experience truly memorable with the warmest Turkish-style hospitality. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for great desserts and exceptional service. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Turkey Cafe really gave me a delight and taste that I had never experienced before. I am very grateful to Aykan and Yagiz for their kind response. Thanks to you guys, I fell in love with Turkish cafes and Turkish desserts. I will come back again for the best experience.

Lady with the black rim glasses at the front is extremely rude. Doesn’t know how to be patient. Gave a lot of attitude when I asked her if the gelato is the only vegan option. FYI, your ice creams are not marked vegan or not.

Good place to eat fresh Kunafa (heads up that it is bit expensive). Turkish tea is also a must try and very tasty.

Visited on Wednesday the 18th of January 2023. Very, very rude customer service. The waitress was huffing and puffing as we were making our order. She was so rude and made our table of 10 feel so uncomfortable and hurried. We actually were so scared to add anything else to our order because she was biting. Everyone working there was so mundane. A little smile would go a long way in making customers feel welcomed and relaxed. The ceiling lighting fixture fell close to our table and narrowly missed my son. There was not a mention from anyone working there, like an apology or even acknowledgement about the incident. The sahlep tasted like hot milk with sugar, the consistency not resembling sahlep at all. The kunafa was nice but drenched in too much sugar syrup that it was too sweet to finish. Upon leaving we all felt flat and disheartened as we didn't get an enjoyable experience. Welcoming customer service should be the first priority at any food outlet. Unfortunately not at Cuppa Turca!

The most delicious freshly made kunefe in town no doubt about it. Friendly staff always helpful to make space for people with children. A slightly small place can feel crowded on busy days. The only down side for me is the music is way too loud for my liking. Then again has never stopped us from dropping by. Highly suggest you drop by and try their Original Kunefe goes best with turkish tea but will also suggest to try with Spiced Mesir Latte my all time favourite.

Beautiful vegan knunefe with delicious dark chocolate sorbet. Service was divine and the team were very friendly and accommodating. Will look forward to coming back.

Waited over 1hr for takeaway desert when approached the window didn’t know what I was talking about looked like he couldn’t find the order and after I told him he said it will take 15min for each desert the lack of service left a sour taste even before the desert came never again

Just find the opening hours slightly unpredictable sometimes, but that’s okay!

Unfortunately our experience here was a shocker. Zero excuse today for such appalling customer service. Four staff standing around, place is literally empty and it takes forever to get served. When we did, the individual had no clue whatsoever. As for the ice cream, average at best. 2 stars for the ice cream, zero for service.

We had never had Turkish desserts before, and our waitress was more than happy to give us advice, she recommend the kunefe, of which we had the vegan option with mulberry sorbet. We also had the dark chocolate, havla and vanilla dondurma, which were all delicious. The kunefe and chocolate dondurma in particular were standouts, and must trys!
