Cucina Dolce Wood Fired Pizza

I've been eating at this restaurant for years and it still stands out as the best wood-fired pizza and pasta restaurant around Melbourne. Their pizzas always have the perfect flavours and right proportions of ingredients for that perfect bite that leaves me always wanting more. My favourite pizzas in particular are the Moroccan Beef, Mexican and the Boss Special. The pastas are amazing and I can highly recommend such great dishes! I was also amazed by how wonderful their rocket salad tasted. I didn't know salads could taste this good!

The restaurant has great service with friendly staff and a beautiful atmosphere for the best dining experience. I'll definitely be back for more.

Food and service are both fantastic! The prawn linguine is excellent and the pizzas are hot and delicious. Kids meals are great too. Beautiful friendly staff and quick service. We'll be back!

Hello, we called this restaurant, and ordered two pizza's. We were over charged $20. After i asked to speak to the manager, he said he is busy, flat out, and we can go to another pizza shop.
This absolutely showed me, they do not care about their customers, just their pocket. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. This attitude would not survive in Melbourne. Goodbye.

Authentic family-run Italian food with friendly service. Our favourite is the salt and pepper calamari but really all of the pizza and pasta are amazing.

Had the best pasta ever. Lots of prawns (prawn Linguinie) Freddie and Inas are so welcoming and nothing is a problem for them.
If you are in Chelsea make sure you pop in.
Great coffee and gelato too.

We came upon this place by chance. Such lovely, appreciative staff from the moment we walked in. Great woodfired pizza, loved their chunky chips and salted caramel gelato to die for! Can't wait to return. ️

We shared a vegan pizza and it was so scrumptious. I’m not a vegan but I will definitely be ordering the vegan pizza again. It had walnuts on it and I was not mad - will come again!

Best pizza in town! Cooked to perfection and you won't find a better pizza base. Highly recommend.

Seen this place had great reviews ordered a lasagna and chips lasagne was cold would have to be the worst lasagne I have ever had we had one bite left the whole lot waitress come said had we finished I said sorry the meal was cold she said ok she would tell the chef absolutely no one come out to apologise at all
For the cold lasagne. Which was not cheap but don’t care really if the food is good which it was not. Maybe the pizza might be better. To be honest just expected someone to come and say sorry your food was cold can we do something to rectify the issue but nothing …

Fantastic food and staff. I haven't been since my partner past away as I live on the other side of the city but highly recommend it and hoping to go again when I'm up that way

Awesome pizza! Ordered 19 pizzas for my daughters birthday in the park and was ready when we arrived, owner is great and threw in some rainbow gelato for the kids. Very happy

The dishes are of highest quality, and the service is utterly committed to providing the most optimal dining experience for you.
I had crispy eggplant chips with balsamic reduction and garlic aioli, and it was truly the best vegetable chip combination I’ve ever tasted (and I’ve tasted a lot as a vegetarian).
Basilico pasta was deliciously creamy.

We went to Cucina Dolce in Chelsea for lunch. We ordered the Wood Oven Meat Lovers Pizza. The waiter was friendly and polite and took our orders. The food came in good time. We enjoyed the pizza which had strong flavours.
We will certainly will be back to try other meals on the extensive menu, in particular the pasta.

Their wood-fired pizzas are delicious with generous portions. The staff are also very attentive and friendly. Whilst the pizza were delicious, we felt that they had a bit too much herb/seasonings that were not required considering they are already great on their own.

Wow the food is sooo good here! I had the prawn linguine and it was the best I’ve had. My sister had the bolognaise and was very happy.
The waitress was very friendly and genuine. We were asked a couple of times by a very polite young man how I meals were. They start them off young in the family business to care about the customer! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful wood fired pizzas, and the Prawn Linguini was simply superb. Order from.here once or twice a month - love it.

You can tell a good Italian restaurant by its bolognaise sauce and mine was exactly how I like it. Rich and full of flavour. We came here after reading the reviews and weren’t disappointed. Our waitress was very friendly and engaging and although the restaurant was busy, our food came out in good time. Will be back
