I have been taking my 7.5 golf GTI to these guys since its second service because just like dealerships, this crew know these cars inside out! But the difference is that Ringwood Autohaus CARES about your vehicle. They use genuine parts, servicing is warranted and I’d say they are better value, especially with the extra mile they go to ensure your car is healthy and stays that way. 5 stars, I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my euro car.

Wonderful Company. So Helpful! I came in unplanned and in a panic as I had a key stuck under the front chair runner of my car. I just needed the right tools to get access. I dropped in and they assisted with this immediately. I am not a current customer of this place but I now am. Ethical, timely and very helpful. Thank you!

Nice change to talk to someone that you believe, unlike dealerships that are $$$ driven, and are vauge to hide problems and their lack of knowledge and skills.

Fantastic service and communication. The team are honest, kept to their word and looked out for me by actually calling me and telling me I didn't need to do some elements of my service. Money saved. This is my first service outside of Mercedes following completion of warranty and I will return.

This garage is very good. We take both our cars there Volvo and Peugeot and they explain well what they have to do. They give good advices and the staff is welcoming. They have moved the garage closer to Ringwood and Coles. Check the address before going.

If you have a European vehicle, Ringwood Autohaus is the place for you. Tom and Rob were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The most thorough service we have had and very reasonably priced.

Had a coolant leak in my Audi C7 and it was diagnosed quickly. Very happy with the prompt repair and my car has been back running with no problems thus far.

The team at Ringwood Autohaus is professional and courteous. I have an older Skoda Octavia and they are very helpful in keeping the car safe, reliable and going strong. Nothing is too much of a problem. All issues with the car are always attended to very promptly and in todays times at a reasonable and honest price. If you own a Volkswagen group car it would be in your favour to give these guys a go! You will not be disappointed!

Have been using these guys for a number of years with my A5 cabriolet and always great service.

2nd time I have gone to them. Have found them to be courteous with good explanation and communication skills.

My Audi A3 had a leak in the cooling system, so I looked online and saw the very good reviews these guys have. I called and Tom managed to book a spot for my car in 1 week. On the day, he diagnosed a couple of leaks in less than 1 hour and gave me a very reasonable quote. As soon as the new parts arrived, they fixed the car quite fast. Tom, also explained what work has been carried out in every detail.
From now on, my car will be always serviced here.
Make sure to book in advance as they are very busy (no wonder why).

Having been quoted over $2000 for a thermostat leak repair diagnosed during service by a Volkswagen dealer, I decided to get a second quote from Autohaus. As they were $500 cheaper I booked the car in. Imagine my surprise when they told me they found no leak & were not prepared to charge me for unnecessary work. Even though they had spent time on the car, replaced a remote battery & adjusted the emergency brake warning alarm they wouldn't take any money for the time spent. Guess where my Tiguan will be serviced from now on due to their honesty & excellent customer service.

My golf had serious problems every light on the dash. The boys found the part to be a recalled item and organised everything to be fixed at Volkswagen free of charge. I'm very impressed and will be using them for all my Volkswagen servicing and needs from now on. Easy to deal with and very reasonable with how they quote etc.
