As a client, CSG is providing their best service as guaranteed. I was using other 3PLs, but no body likes them who always communicate effectively and always ensure orders be despatched on time. Our orders have NOT been dispatched for 2 weeks. No help from support. AVOID AT ALL COST. Unless you want them to hurt your business.

Most of the positive reviews here seem to be from their own employees. Look at the names. Very striking. One review was written by their customer service employee Harshad. And in the review he pretends to be a customer.

The worst company ever. Do not at any cost give your business to them. They lost my products and didn’t accept responsibility for, they broke the fragile ones, and even they lost my packaging machine. Their staff and managers keep changing, so every month you have to teach them how your products packaging work.
They even increased the service price without my approval.
