While a good crystal shop I detest pushing ideas like crystal healing. They unsell expensive yet beautiful crystals with the promise they'll alleviate mental illnesses, reduce inflammation, block electromagnetic radiation. These are not values I share nor support. If they didn't uncharge priced and obfuscate truths to those who don't know better I'd rate this store 4/5 stars as the environment is calm and inviting. To manipulate others and lie about health benefits for money I cannot support this store.

I have been a customer for around 3 years, both online and in store, always spending between 200 to 300 each time always had a great experience until today, hubby took my to pick what I wanted in your store, we were constantly followed around, everything we picked up to buy was taken off us to place at the front while other shoppers walked around holding what they were buying, at the register we weren't spoken too total silence except for the chatter to the women behind us. After paying we left the shop feeling as we had been profiled on entry, I am a spiritual person who would normally walk out after purchasing my crystals feeling relaxed and happy today not so, my energy now completely gone, everything I bought i feel no connection, shall now be looking for a new crystal shop

I have placed 2 separate orders through this company, both times, the communication leading up to and shipping were very open, approachable and extremely friendly. I recently ordered another item to be delivered, I was informed that the item was not available, with an apology from the company, and was offered a different item. I was very surprised when I got me package this morning, not only did I get my Item they offered, I was also gifted a second item, with a bonus of an extra Item of the same Crystal. Thank you so much, the service is exemplary. I would give this company 10 stars+ if it were available.

There is so much to choose from different variety of products, very helpful and courteous service, packaging is filled with much Love and care. Prices are very affordable and cheap.

Bad product broke my incense burner and had a flame a foot high not honest about what would work with my incense burner

I visited the store for the first time today, chanced upon it looking for a crystal store in the Western suburbs. The staff were lovely, they took the time to explain how the singing bowls worked and taught me how to use it. After a few rounds, I found my perfect singing bowl. Everyone was warm, welcoming and very helpful. The front part of the store is beautifully displayed, the crystals are gorgeous and I nabbed a couple too. I have found my go to place for crystals.

They had nice stuff a little of the pricy side but was still nice.i love the wooden moon bowls they had for display

Amazing selection of crystals, jewellery, singing bowls and homeware. The workers are very friendly and welcoming and I will definitely be coming here to shop more often. They’re also opening up meditation and crystal classes which is very exciting. 10/10
