Asked for dry cleaning, a jacket told me it will take 2 weeks. That's a long time for dry cleaning a jacket!
Very happy with Maria and her sister both very professional and helpful.they do alterations and very reasonable prices.
I have been pointed by a friend of mine to this shop. Every time I come in the owner Maria and her sister have been so very helpful to me. I feel very special every time I am there. They make me feel at ease and answers all my questions. They spent a lot of time with me. The dresses/gowns they have are amazing. I will be coming here from now on every time I have a special occasion to go to.
Went into enquire about a dress being made with my own supplied fabric. The owner couldn't wait to get me out of the shop by walking me to the front door during the conversation. I was considering notnonot a custom dress but even alterations.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. My mother ordered a 'custom made' dress. When the went to try on the dress, the sleeves were shorter than the original sample dress she tried on. The owner was very RUDE and AGGRESSIVE towards my mum. She only offered to add extra fabric to the sleeve which my mum was not happy about. The owner could not even replace a brand new sleeve (This is not a true custom made dress!). My mum demanded a refund instead by the owner refused. My mum had left a $200 deposit! We the left f'eedback on the shop's facebook page.my mum returned to the shop to persist on this refund, however the owner refused saying she no longer wants to deal with this because we left feedback on their faceback page. THE OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They even had the nerve to call the police, to get my mum out of the shop. However, the police even encouraged my mum to take them to court! We are definitely taking this matter further!
