Probably my favourite crystal shop in Melbourne. Everyone who works here is lovely. It always smells amazing! Furthermore, it is dog friendly, with Tuco one of most polite dogs I have ever met working regularly. They also have very reasonable prices and always worth a stickybeak.

The Crystal Heart Sacred Cacao Ceremony e-course was great! Joanne's training was thorough and covered everything I wanted to know about how to run my own ceremony. The training went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn to run a session like this and hold a space graciously and lovingly for others.

It was a rlly nice place and the lady that worked there was rlly nice and h3lpfull but it was a little to expensive for me but if you have the money I think it would be a good place for you

Zero stars for customer service. Was asked whether I was ‘there for a pick up? ’ as soon as I walked in the store. Hmm…check your assumptions/racist stereotypes, people! Not all brown people looking at their phones are Uber drivers

Terrible experience do not recommend and will not be going there again.customer service was terrible.lady working was no help at all and also felt judged and like a pain when asked for assistance.very disappointed as I was so excited to go and start my crystal journey and I now feel completely discouraged.
