8Unfortunately this process did not work at all for my 14 year old son. Some wax was taken out, and the nurse was very kind and professional and tried for 40mins, but unfortunately there was no improvement to his hearing.
Very caring nurse 'Anna'! There was no discomfort or pain and each procedure was explained. I have visited the same ENT surgeon on a number of occasions, it was a rather painful procedure and quite often left with bleeding ears! I was recommended by Seymour Hearing.
Had my ears cleaned by Nurse Courtney today. She's extremely friendly and very professional made me feel relaxed and at ease the entire time. She explained step by step what she was doing and would highly recommend her and this clinic

We booked an appointment 15 days back for my son's ear wax removal. We received all confirmation and confirmed the same yesterday. Took a leave from the office. When we were ready to go to the clinic, We got a message that the appointment is canceled. We should have opted for another clinic and not wasted waiting 15 days.
Prompt and friendly service with fantastic results from both ears clogged with pea sized wax balls to clear as a bell. Trained nurse Danielle was methodical and patient in extracting the wax.

75 year old attends your practice and is refused service because she answers your questionnaire that she has aches and pains? You insist that she needs a Covid test even though she has those same aches and pains for 30 years due to arthritis? Terrible service. Especially for an elderly person. 1 Star is too much
